The house is directly across the street from the beach and has expansive beach views from the living room and large front porch. Awesome house for a family beach trip

We were here with 4 families for a family and friends reunion and beach trip. Our stay was fantastic and we just loved the house and its location at Folly Beach. Would definitely come again with this group!

Great place for a big family!

Our family took a Christmas trip here and it was absolutely wonderful. The view is amazing, lots of surfers to watch! The house was very clean and well furnished with all the necessary items. The host, Matt, was super nice and very responsive. We will certainly be back!

Perfect location for our group of 7. Given the age of the home we were happy to see what great condition it’s in. We had everything we needed. Plenty of space and seating for meals, enjoying the view from the front porch rocking chairs and game time! It was ideal having so many bathrooms and even beach towels! The host (Matt) was super responsive and helpful and the check-in process was a breeze. The house has a ton of character and was a lot of fun to stay in. The place comes with plenty of conveniences that make the stay that much easier (extra refrigerator and freezer for overflow food and drinks, ice machine, etc.) We thoroughly enjoyed our trip and strongly recommend!

Perfect location and accommodations for large family! Huge kitchen and table so we could all eat together and the downstairs bar was perfect for grilling and cutting watermelon. Great Stay

We had 11 adults in the house and the set up could not have been better. Enough bedrooms, enough bathrooms, enough seating, enough towels, enough porch, and great kitchen/dining room for our Thanksgiving dinner. Matt was a doll making sure we had what we needed. Being in the heart of surfing was a great plus, too. The outdoor space is amazing. No complaints whatsoever.

Girl’s Weekend Away

This amazing beach front property was absolutely perfect for our long weekend away! Waking up to the sunrise over the water right outside our front door was amazing. Steps from the beach, we could easily go back and forth. The open area with the kitchen, bar and dining space was perfect for all of us to gather. The open hallway leading to multiple bedrooms provided plenty of space for our party of 14. The lower patio area was perfect for our outdoor dinner. We loved that there was an ice maker and extra fridge downstairs. Highly recommend this property. It was perfect for our trip! We rented golf carts to roam Folly Beach and were only minutes away from the Main Street in town.

Great for large family

We had 7 kids and 7 adults in our extended family vacation, and this house was perfect! Large common space, plenty of dining room seats, lots of bathrooms, an extra fridge downstairs, etc. made it very comfortable even for a large group. The view from the porch is unbeatable, and the attention to little details and inclusion of random items like extension cords, sharpies, juice pitchers, first aid that are often overlooked when packing were such a pleasant surprise. Would definitely consider coming here again!

Fan of Folly Beach

This was our first time visiting Folly Beach! We loved it! The house was perfect! It was spacious, comfortable, clean, had a stocked kitchen. The location was just a short way from downtown Folly. The porch faces the water and has tons of comfortable rocking chairs and lots of blankets inside in case you need one to sit outside. The host was quick to respond. Check in and check out super easy. I highly recomened this house!

Endless Summer stay

This property was perfect for eight women!! Individual bedrooms and bathrooms! Wide hallway and a super large kitchen! Best of all was the front porch with rockers facing the ocean. Convenience of an ice machine, refrigerator, freezer down stairs. Downstairs was also a shower to get the sand off before going upstairs. To please eight women was a miracle 😂

Vacay-Wedding

My family and I stayed here while visiting for a wedding. This property was ABSOLUTELY beautiful, it was spacious, and very close to town, but still private from the tourist traffic. I couldn’t have picked a better place for my family and I. I also wanted to mention the owner Matt is very great! I could not find an Iron in the home I let him know and within the hour he had dropped one off. I have stayed many places before and I have never experienced that kind of service from the owner! There’s not enough good things to be said about it. If we plan a trip back to SC we will definitely be staying here again.
