Fun place to stay with a tropical vibe on a gray winter day. Very convenient to Times Square and the surrounding areas. Loved the different bars, Margaritaville, Land Shark and the Roof Top. Would definitely stay again.

My room was very quiet and I enjoyed having the kitchen amenities and the balcony. The bed was average. My only negative comments are related to the unusually excessive daily damage deposit that I wasn’t expecting - big upfront unexpected expense! Also there was no bus cart for me to take groceries up to my room - but the bellmen would do it for a set fee. The pool was lovely, but closed at 7pm, which seemed early to me for summer. I enjoyed my stay, but won’t probably return to this resort.

We enjoyed our stay at Riu Plaza! The moment we walked in we were greeted by staff . The whole stay was great! The rooms were cleaned everyday, the staff were very polite and attentive. We loved the location, easy access and lots of shops around. We are definitely coming back!

Hotel stay was wonderful. If I could change anything it would be for the bathrooms to not be all glass enclosed. Solid walls and doors would be so much better for privacy.

Cool room with a comfortable bed and a full kitchen very sweet staff. It’s close to the New York Public library, MOMA, Times Square, and more.
