Clean rooms, breakfast and the cleaning ladies very excellent in their service

Unless you like checking in with a computer screen I would give this place a miss. After booking with Hotels, still had to enter all my details again, then asked if i wanted to purchase a late check out, which I did only to find myself locked out of my room after 10:30am. Then had to find a real person at reception and then after two attempts finally got a key to allow me back in my room. The late check out stuff doesn't seem to transfer to your keys but it does take your money quickly ....

Hotel os convenient.. the room I was in the Novetel was airport side had the bins being emptied early, noise hard to sleep after long flight , we bought dinner from the restaurant 2 nights and both times we did a pick up we were missing food or it was not what we ordered and the staff had no idea no communication between them. Have stayed in better, great if you have children BAD if you need sleep after flights . Packet of potatoe chips $7 from reception … come on ..!!!

It’s was a lovely hotel the room was large and I would say more of an apartment than just a room great facilities in the room and onsite with a fabulous pool and cafe plus a bar and lovely children’s water park

Overall great place to stay.
