Enjoy this beautifully decorated 4BR, 2.5 bath country home in the quaint village of Fly Creek. Just 3.2 scenic miles to downtown Cooperstown and a short 10 minute drive to Dreams Park.

This gorgeous home is fully stocked with linens, pots, pans, dishes, DVD players, 2 big screen TV's, iron, ironing board, hair dryers, Wireless HI SPEED Internet and BBQ grill for cooking in the yard.

You will feel at peace when you relax out back by the creek after a day of baseball. We are in the perfect location! Walkable to Fly Creek Cider Mill and the Pail Shop Vineyard.

First floor: Living room, dining area, large eat-in kitchen. French doors in kitchen lead to the sunroom overlooking Fly Creek, 1/2 bath, bedroom with queen size bed, mudroom/laundry room.

Second floor: 1 Queen size bedroom, Double bunk room sleeps 4, loft and full bathroom. You will also love the Private Master Bedroom suite.

Basement/Garage: Adults and kids will enjoy hours of fun in the Game Room - foosball, ping pong, basketball and more.

Location was great for our trip to Cooperstown dreams park, property was very nice and clean and owners were very accessible, checked in with us throughout the trip, and helped to trouble shoot problems with keyless entry system. Would definitely recommend this property for kids, lots of space to play outside and game room was perfect for them.

My husband and two kids and I had a great time in Fly Creek visiting old friends. The house was perfect. Plenty of space and a great kitchen/family room area to hang, eat, socialize. We really loved this house. It was clean, and the check in and check out process was easy and mindless. Communication with the owner was great, and the land and yard was beautiful! Thanks for a great long weekend away!

The house was very nice, clean, and comfortable. The outdoor spaces are gorgeous. Pictures really don’t do this property justice! Quick and easy 15 minute drive to Dreamspark. The game room downstairs was well equipped, and so much fun. The owners were wonderful. We would definitely stay here again!

We had extended family meet us in fly creek while our son played baseball at dreams park. Location was ideal, 12 min drive from ball fields but in peaceful, quiet location. Our kids enjoyed splashing around in the creek! House was large and we had plenty of room to spread out. We really enjoyed the cider mill down the street as well! Thank you for making our family vacation memorable!

This home has everything you need or would want for your family. Spacious Master bedroom, huge living room and an amazing game room to shoot hoops, play Ping pong, or simply hangout. Conveniently located near Cooperstown Dreams Park and downtown Cooperstown. You can get to anywhere you want in 10-15mins.

We came here with my son’s baseball team for the Cooperstown tournament, while it’s a short drive from the field the house is amazing. Our family had so much fun, kids in the game rooms, played by the creek, S’mores in the backyard. It’s close to all but far enough to give you that country home feel. Owners were amazing. Hope to visit again in the future!

We had a wonderful time at the lovely Fly Creek home. As someone mentioned, the home really is much nicer than pictured in the photos. There was space for everyone to relax--watch TV and play games. This was a gem of a house for our father-son trip for the Cooperstown baseball tournament this summer. The house was the perfect setup for 4 dads and 5 boys. We all loved the backyard fire pit, downstairs game room, quiet location, and creek behind the house. The location was the perfect distance to town and Cooperstown Dreams Park. Highly recommend this house for your next trip to Cooperstown!

Gorgeous yard. Fun basement. Practical layout for multiple families to share common space but still have private sleeping quarters. Walking distance to Fly Creek Cider Mill. Short drive to the village/downtown. Perfect for families while children play at Dreams Park. Highly recommend!

The property was great and surpassed our expectations. The house had a ton of space and was very clean. We spent a ton of time in the basement with the games. The drive to Dreams Park was easy and we are very glad we stayed here. The hosts were great communicators and helpful too. They helped us with a delivery that showed up early. The home was the perfect escape after a day of watching baseball. The house is nicer than the pictures on VRBO and is set up nicely for a big group. The game room is full of fun and was enjoyed by our kids. The house is about 15 minutes from Dreams Park and 10 minutes from Cooperstown. We cooked a few meals at the house, but don't miss the Fly Creek general store on the way to the house.

Had a great time staying at Deb & Steve’s home with 2 other families! We had plenty of room for the 11 of us. The kids & adults enjoyed playing in the game room. At night we loved being able to hang out by the fire pit. The house is well taken care of and the beds were very comfortable. Short drive to Cooperstown. Deb & Steve were great hosts, very responsive when we had any questions.

Stayed here for a friend's wedding in Cooperstown. The house was immaculate and fit our family perfectly. I would say that the photos don't do it justice and it's way more spacious than it looks. The owners were so easy to contact and responded to text messages immediately. Very close to all the major attractions in Cooperstown, but out of the way and set in a quiet location. We will definitely recommend this to friends and family in the future.
