The Day House was clean and comfortable, and in a convenient but quiet country location. Communication with the owner was good; he responded quickly to my texts and dropped by early in the week to welcome us and assure us he was available to help if we needed anything (we didn’t). I’ll definitely look to stay here if I’m in the area in the future!

Between the arrival tour of the home and activity run down/ideas from the owner, the beautiful views, and being about a 10 minute drive from Dreams Park... we had zero complaints. Would highly recommend this home to anyone. Very spacious and cozy.

Great little house in a beautiful location next to a dairy farm. 10 minutes to Cooperstown and Dreams Park. Has everything you need. Owner communicated great. Easy check in and out. Really enjoyed our stay.
