nieuw en modern huis met mooie tuin, leuke dieren in de tuin!

Pros: Zeer goede bedden, vaatwasser, dieren Alles zeer netjes, nieuw en schoon. Nette voorzieningen als wc papier, koffie, vaatwastabletten. Zeer grote privé tuin. Alles privé, erg fijn. Eigenaren wonen niet in of bij het huis. Een fantastische accomodatie, zeker voor Duitse begrippen. Vriendelijke gastheer en gastvrouw. Fijn dat ons hondje mee kon! Cons: De locatie, het ligt wat verder van het echte zwarte woud af. De omgeving is niet heel gezellig maar wel rustig. We hadden veel slecht weer helaas.

Wunderschönes Haus!

Einfach traumhaft!Das Haus ist top modern und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet – wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an rundum wohlgefühlt. Auch unser Hund war begeistert und hat das große Grundstück sowie die Spaziergänge in der Umgebung sehr genossen. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt! Die Lage ist wunderbar ruhig, mit einem nahen Zugang zum Wald und einem idyllischen Teich in der Nähe – perfekt für erholsame Tage in der Natur.

Neu renoviertes Haus in Mischgebiet (Wohn-/Gewerbe), Feldrandlage

Pros: Sehr netter unkomplizierter Kontakt, viele Extras wie Kaffee, Tee, Duschgel u.v.m. vorhanden. Nicht üblich in den meisten Ferienhäuser aber ein schönes Nice-to-Have. Lage ist ok, Feld und Wald in wenigen Metern erreichbar. Bäcker, Edeka u. 2 Gaststätten direkt im Ort und mit mal mehr mal weniger Fussmarsch gut zu erreichen. Sehr nette unkomplizierte Vermieter, alles war sauber und noch neuwertig. Wir haben uns dort die Tage sehr wohl gefühlt. Zu erwähnen ist lediglich, dass das Haus "nur eine Terasse" und keinen Gartenanteil hat, diese ist aber wirklich sehr großzügig gestaltet. Cons: Aus der Beschreibung geht nicht hervor, dass es viele Treppen gibt - Eingang befindet sich im UG - EG 1. OG dann nochmal per Treppe zu erreichen - für uns nicht schlimm - sollte man aber wissen wenn man evtl. mit kleinen Kindern oder gehbehinderten Menschen unterwegs ist. Wir sind aus Deutschland angereist, irgendwie ist das System der Meinung wir kommen aus Irland.... war nicht änderbar....
