"I absolutely loved my stay at the Ruby Louise! I stayed as a solo traveler in a cozy room and it was perfect. The room was clean, well stocked for supplies (including 2 different scents for body wash which I appreciated) and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The hotel felt very safe, the only access without a room card was to the 6th floor where both the reception and 24 hr bar were and I was surprised how quiet it was. The hotel had a cool unique vibe with subtle but impactful touches such as an amp in the room that you could plug your phone into or borrow a guitar to rock out. A galley kitchen with free coffee and tea and a vending machine with snacks and supplies. My only complaint was there were no cups when I ventured in at 1am (perfect opportunity for reusable themed mugs in each room to borrow or purchase). The staff were lovely and the breakfast buffet is not to be missed! I look forward to staying again in the future :)"

"Great hotel, staff extremely helpful, superb breakfast, perfect central location, shopping mall beside but no noise. Only downsize was that swimming pool can only be used by people 18 years and above, the swimming pool is not ran by the hotel but rather Fitness First and that's their policy."

"Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Room was clean, comfortable, and everything worked properly. Delicious buffet breakfast was available for a reasonable fee. Close proximity to the train station made travel around Frankfurt and surrounding areas very convenient. Some areas near the hotel weren't very safe, but avoiding them wasn't really that difficult. I would recommend this hotel, but not for families with children. Auf Wiedersehen. See you next time."

"The apartment is big and clean. Quiet neighbourhood. 15 minutes walk to the main station. Will definitely book the apartment again in the next visit."

"My wife and I stayed at the Scandic Frankfurt Museumsufer on two occasions during May 2024, both before and after a Rhine River cruise, and absolutely loved the hotel. The staff was SUPERB...so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was EXCELLENT with a huge variety of choices...and ALL of it was DELICIOUS! The hotel location is THE BEST...an easy, flat ten minute walk from the Frankfurt Main train station...and a short block from the Main River promenade. I give this hotel my STRONGEST PERSONAL RECOMMENDATION. We will stay here during our next visit to Frankfurt!"

"Such a beautiful property in a quiet local neighborhood close to transit or if you’re a walker it’s just a 30 minute walk to the touristy area. The view from the restaurant is breath taking!! Would definitely stay again or recommend to anyone. It’s also halfway between the main train station and the airport if you are travelling from elsewhere and flying in or out!!! "
