"Had to swipe the key 10 times, got locked in the bathroom, faulty door handle. We came for the water park and were told it opened at 10am. we stayed late for this but were then informed that it opened at 11 and the slides, only one of which was working, didn't open until 2. All we got to use was the pool. Breakfast was disappointing, no muffins, no bagels, no bacon or sausage and no to go boxes. We have stayed here three times. Not sure we will be returning."

"We had an amazing stay at this house rental and would absolutely come back again. The property was exactly as described—clean, well-maintained, and beautifully set up for a comfortable stay. From the moment we arrived, everything felt welcoming and thoughtfully prepared.The space itself was spacious and well-designed, with plenty of room to relax. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to cook meals, and the living area was perfect for unwinding after a long day. The beds were comfortable, and everything was spotless, which we really appreciated.The location was also a huge plus—convenient to nearby attractions while still feeling peaceful and private. "Door code wasnt set up for check in time, but host was quick to help. On entry the house was made a great first impression. Was just what we were looking for for a week stay..... untill the pool. Pool was very obviusly not takin care of for some time, contacted the host and they said theyd have it taken care of first thing in the morning. Returned the next night to the same results. At that point we cut our stay short because the pool was the only reason for us booking this property."

"This stay was extremely disappointing and not as advertised. The main reason we booked this property was for the pool, but it was dirty and unusable for most of our stay—we were only able to use it for half a day.Inside the home, the cleanliness was also a major issue. The floors were dirty upon arrival, and we even encountered roaches, which is completely unacceptable. There were multiple maintenance problems as well, including cabinet doors that stick and visible damage throughout the home.Overall, the property looks much better in the photos than it does in person. The listing is misleading, and the condition of the home did not meet expectations at all. I would not recommend staying here."

"Don’t let the pictures fool you. They are much cleaner than the hotel actually is. While the room smelled clean, it is run down and in need of updates and fix ups. My bathroom had a palmetto bug in the toilet that someone obviously tried to flush. The toilet would not flush at all. I saw a roach run across the dresser, so I did not leave my bag open and did not leave anything out. The sliding shades left a gap at the end so you could still see into the room from outside. The parking lot had lots of homeless people hanging out on the side of the hotel at the entrance. When we returned from getting food, the police had one of the entrances closed off. A pro is that the hotel is close to food and the arena. They say you get what you pay for. I still think we paid too much."

"Ideally located for our needs. In the heart of Downtown St Cloud. Parking good. Breakfast good, nice outdoor area to sit in. Staff brilliant really helpful. Really interesting building. "

"There’s no one at the front desk. They gave us a code. The code did not work. Eventually a staff pass by and open with a key. We text and call to get a working code and never got a hold of anyone. We could not leave the room or we would be lock out. No hot shower. German cockroaches everywhere. And a horrible bad. Again… you can’t complain as they will not answer phone or text. Save your self a headache. Do not stay here."
