"Paid a deposit for 100$ for a room that is already damaged then a resort fee for the water park that opens if they have staff and only one slide running if they have staff tub ran all night long ac didn’t work pure in the gulf hole food at the bar is nasty except the fries just get the fries breakfast is free but if you want eggs and bacon have to pay 10$ place is run down play ground parts were closed off ask for a refund on just the hotel resort fee and was told there is no manager onsite to discuss all the issues I’m not a picky person I don’t need a 4 star hotel just one that offers what you see online it was flamingo now it’s Ramada I try calling Ramada no answer I would still like my resort fee back "

"Ideally located for our needs. In the heart of Downtown St Cloud. Parking good. Breakfast good, nice outdoor area to sit in. Staff brilliant really helpful. Really interesting building. "

"The A/C worked well and when the night got a little chilly the heat was perfect. The cottage was absolutely beautiful and the hand written note was a perfect personal touch. I absolutely loved it. "

"Great location, near our family we were visiting. Owners are wonderful and helpful.The bedroom with bunks is great for family style. Just note the bottom bunks are at floor level. Great for kids… one bunk has upper and lower double mattress’s, great for couples if they are agile. The other bunk consists of twin sizes. They have a playpen and high chair, also helpful.Location great and away from crazy Orlando traffic. We will definitely return next time we meet family in Orlando."

"Beautiful home! Open floor plan in the living area is larger than what it appears in the photos. And the two bedrooms are separated, which allows for good privacy while providing for two separate bathrooms as well. Quite suburban neighborhood makes this house feel like home. Highly recommended! 25 min from Disney! "

"The room was clean enough and updated with paint and marble in the bath. Bed was ok. Floors are newer tile. Everything else was very dated. The shower curtain was smelly and we didn’t even want to use the shower. It’s also located on a very busy road across from a hospital. Traffic noise and emergency vehicle noise kept me up most of the night. I think I got 3 hours of sleep max. Stay at your own risk."

"Host was welcoming and available with any questions etc. Location was great with lake across the street. Walking distance to restaurants and stores. Quiet and comfortable area. Home clean and well furnished. Would definitely stay again. "
