This is a beautiful apartment in a perfect location! Walkable to anything in the Valetta and Floriana areas, and walkable to ferry and bus terminals. And the flat was very spacious, felt brand new, and has gorgeous decor. Highly recommend!

An excellent location away from the hustle and bustle of the city yet only a short stroll along a tree lined promenade to the heart of Valletta. A modern and spacious apartment, spotlessly clean and well equipped for a comfortable stay. The effective aircon was particularly appreciated during a July stay. The manager, John, was helpful and welcoming and responded quickly to any query. Would happily return and highly recommend.

A spotlessly clean place with very large rooms, modern amenities, and great decor. John the manager was extremely kind and helpful. The location is very close to Valletta’s old city gates and also close to the bus station. Just around the corner is a place that sells great kebabs. Highly recommend this place.

We were very satisfied with our stay and would highly recommend this apartment. The staff were exceptionally helpful and accommodating, and we were allowed to check in a little earlier than scheduled, which we greatly appreciated. As a lovely gesture, we received a complimentary drink at Ellul Wines & Spirits, which made us feel especially welcome. The apartment is perfectly located for exploring Valletta, with all the main attractions within easy walking distance. Everything was spotless and very well maintained. The apartment offered plenty of space, making our stay comfortable and relaxing. One of the highlights was the fantastic rooftop terrace, which was a wonderful place to unwind and enjoy the atmosphere. Overall, we had an excellent experience and were extremely pleased with our stay. We would gladly return and highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Valletta.

Exactly as described- really well designed and furnished studio apartment. No view but we had the apartment directly below the gorgeous roof terrace so ideal for morning coffee or evening wine! 10 minutes pleasant stroll to the Old Town. Loved the gardens all around us in Floriana, and close to bus station.

Good sized two bedroom apartment, well furnished and spotlessly clean. In a quiet spot opposite the Mall in Floriana (about 10minute stroll from Valletta). Great communication by hosts with a useful video on how to access apartment. The communal roof terrace was a real bonus

A great stay

Beautifully furnished apartment with a wonderfully equipped kitchen. Comfortable bed and plush towels. The only feedback I have are to add towel hooks in the bathroom, have cable on the TV or allow guests to mirror content from their mobile device, but the tv’s would have to be on the same WiFi network.

We had an excellent stay and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The property was spotless—cleanliness was absolutely perfect. The towels were newer with a decent thread count and the decor was fresh and dust free…even the silk plants! Communication with the property manager was clear, prompt, and professional from start to finish, which made everything, even check-in seamless. The location is ideal, especially being so conveniently close to the Valletta bus station. You literally can get anywhere on the island within 45 minutes! The staff onsite were genuinely friendly, attentive, and engaging, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. We would highly recommend this property without hesitation—and in fact, we enjoyed it so much that we stayed there again. We wouldn’t hesitate to return in the future.

The apartment was perfect in every way. Beautifully finished and in the best place, looking onto liberty gardens.A stuning 10 min walk into Valetta, 10 min walk to the ferry that takes you to Gozo and the three cities to the right and a 10 min walk to the ferry that takes you to Sliema to the left. The roof top terrace was a delight. The staff and owner were super friendly and accommodating.

What a hidden gem :) A lovely one bedroom apartment (kitchen/dining room, bedroom, and bathroom), all high quality and spotlessly clean. No view, but that doesn’t matter because the rooftop terrace is amazing. Only a 10 minute gentle stroll from/all the action downtown, it’s a perfect location. I will definitely stay there again. One advice on logistics though: ‘Ellul’ was a sucessful businessman in Malta many, many decades ago and there are several businesses that share his name, which can be confusing if your are trying to find this place. Just FYI, the What3Words for the location are ///walkway.topped.daily Highly recommended :)

We had a lovely stay for 5 nights, the location was perfect and there was a lovely park opposite to walk through each day. It was very close to Valletta a 5min walk away. The apartment was pristine and the roof terrace had a spectacular view. Our host was very helpful and friendly and we will be recommending our friends to stay here. Thank you for having us and we will be back!

The room was great for our short stay in Valletta and was in a great location. It was very close to the main bus station and near a beautiful park, which made it ideal and calm. It was nice to have a kitchen to use in addition to a comfortable bedroom with space to put our travel items. The only issue we had was lack of communication about the checkin process. It said we would be notified with 48 hours and we were not. Even though I communicated about when we were going to arrive, I did not get notification until we were already on a plane (without service) right at checkin time asking for our WhatsApp information. Thankfully there was a number to call when we arrived on the property (know this is not a hotel, so no front desk, more of a rental apartment) so we could receive a call back from the owner even though we had to pay roaming charges for the call. Would stay in Floriana again if in Malta since it is a great area.
