Did not like looking out our 14th floor window and seeing homeless encampment on the property next door. Otherwise have enjoyed stay.

Got upgraded to a suite. Staff were friendly and room was nice. There were a couple water bottles left in the fridge. Used the shower and the handle and overhead did not seem cleaned throughly and neither do the bathtub. I got red bumps on my legs after the bathtub

All over experience was great. Check in was delightful - got upgraded and the staff was very helpful.

Title: Convenient & Comfortable Stay, But a Few Small Issues I stayed at Harrah’s from August 24–26 and overall had a great experience. The location is unbeatable — right on the Strip and walking distance to everything you could possibly need. The room was clean and comfortable, and the convenience of being so central made a big difference during my visit. That said, there were a couple of things that could be improved. My room was booked as a “city view,” but the view ended up being of a building wall — not quite what I expected. Also, the bathroom didn’t have a shower curtain, which caused the floor to get wet and slippery — a potential safety issue that should probably be addressed. Aside from that, it was a solid stay and I’d consider returning. Hopefully next time, the small details will be improved to match the otherwise great experience.
