Appartement à environ 30 min à pieds du centre ville, et à 10 min du tram t2. Des commerces dispo autour. Environnement calme. Salle de bain correctEntrée dans les lieux simple et bien expliqué Chambre correct et clim efficace Je n'a i pas eu à déplier le canapé mais j ai dormi les 5 jours dessus ( confort correct) Appartement assez vétuste avec cuisine satisfaisante avec bouilloire vaisselle et grille pain à dispo, grand frigo il manquait l'indispensable cafetière Signale à 2 reprises à l hôte, pas de réaction Principale pb une invasion de fourmi partout dans l appartement, Ceci explique probablement lePrix assez raisonnable pour Florence
