Comfortable and discreet apartment in a strategic location a few steps from Piazza della Signoria and Ponte Vecchio.
Spacious location, equipped with all comforts for those who want to enjoy a little rest in a homely and relaxed atmosphere.
Ideal for couples looking for a romantic getaway. It has a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave and washing machine, private bathroom with shower, living area with television, free internet connection.


Service limitation: The permitted temperature values in our flat are 19° C (+ 2° C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21° C. According to the Decree No. 383 of 6/10/2022 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter season, the period of switching on the systems for the City of Florence is allowed from 8 November to 7 April, for a maximum of 11 hours per day.
Pay attention to your house keys. In case of loss or non-delivery of keys, a fee of 50 Euro will be charged for the replacement of the lock for security reasons.
For urgent work caused by the guest outside office hours (10 p.m. to 8 a.m.) a payment of EUR 100 will be charged. City Tax: € 6,00 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 7 nights

City Center

This location was fabulously located within walking distance of all the sights we wanted to see. It’s also a very reasonable walk from the train station although the streets and sidewalks are rough and uneven stone so it’s a bit slow going with a rolling bag. Just something to note.
