Vasari Apartment - One Bedroom Apartment, Sleeps 2

A spacious and modern apartment, elegantly furnished, just a few steps from Palazzo Pitti, Ponte Vecchio, and all the main attractions of the historic center. The neighborhood is lively and dynamic, rich in restaurants and traditional shops. Located on the first floor without an elevator, it features a large living room with an eat-in kitchen, a double bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower.

Upon arrival, our guests will find a courtesy kit to meet their first needs (toilet paper, soap, shampoo, etc.).
The apartment is located in a restricted traffic zone. 
Check-in is by appointment from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM. For arrivals after 8:00 PM, a supplement will be applied.

Service limitation:
Air conditioning in Italy is regulated by national laws that set a minimum temperature of 20°C and a maximum of 22°C.
The temperature values ​​allowed in our apartment are 19°C (+ 2°C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21° C. Based on Decree no. 383 of 6/10/2022 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter season, the period of switching on the systems for the Municipality of Florence is allowed from 8 November to 7 April, for a maximum of 11 hours per day.
Pay attention to your house keys. In case of loss or non-delivery of the keys, a cost of 50 Euros will be charged for replacing the lock for security reasons.
For urgent interventions caused by the guest outside office hours (from 10pm to 8am) a payment of EUR100 will be required. 

As per italian law n°214/2011 (art. 40.1) the italian police require us to report our guests' identification details. The info that guests are required to provide include a valid ID and resident address.
To ensure maximum comfort for all guests, we recommend using the shower one person at a time. The apartment is equipped with a water heater, so simultaneous use of hot water may temporarily reduce the water temperature. . Perfect location for exploring Florence!

We loved our stay here for our visit to Florence! The location couldn’t be any better for walking distances to explore what Florence has to offer. We didn’t have to go far to eat, drink and shop. We would stay here again for sure!

super location, wonderful apartment

2 of us stayed for 6 nights at the apartment in Florence, larger than it looks in the pictures, great location ( 2 minutes to Ponte Vecchio) on the 2nd floor. Very quiet in the bedroom yet you can listen to all the fun on the street below. Johanne was helpful when we checked in and was always available if we had questions. We highly recommend it.
