This new, open concept home features modern decor throughout that all are sure to enjoy. The bright kitchen has stainless steel appliances and offers plenty of room for meal prep. Outside, the spacious and furnished deck is the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the great summer weather, plus this home has space to park your boat or RV.

This home is located just five miles north of Florence on Hwy 101. Old Town Florence is a great place to explore and has many fun shops and local restaurants to choose from. When staying here, make sure you save time to make the short drive north to see the breathtaking Oregon coastline, Heceta Head Lighthouse, and the world-famous Sea Lion Caves.

Great Stay w/Beach Access

This was our second year in a row staying here. We love the proximity to the beach for those impromptu sunset views and beach walks. We very comfortable and modern space which makes even the rainy days at the coast worth the trip!

Clean and quiet stay

Clean and cute house in a quiet neighborhood. You can walk to the beach, but it is a fun and adventurous little trail. Shower in master bath is very nice!

Great place to stay

This was fun for my kids - the trail to the beach is narrow, cut through the brush and leads out at the dunes. Five minute walk, but the narrow trail made it feel adventurous. They loved playing on the dunes. Great spot!

Overall the location and size of the place was great. The linens (towels/sheets) were dated and need to be replaced. Great size, very comfortable, clean and great AC. Outdoor deck and parking was great too.

Best little getaway!

We seriously wished we had booked more than one night here. It was very nice, clean and the master bath was gorgeous!! The walk to the beach was a fun little adventure and the beach itself was perfection. Definitely on our list to book next time we head to the Oregon coast.

Beautiful, quiet, romantic

The home was beautifully designed and stocked with everything we needed. Really enjoyed the trees, moon, and birds view through skylights. Beach access was fine, and the scenery driving North was spectacular. Plus Old Town is really fun. Highly recommend!

The home turned out so much nicer than expected! Clean, bright and comfy. We would definitely stay again. I can understand why some would not like the trek to the beach but we loved going through the trail and dunes.

Great stay

Enjoyed our stay! Communication with property manager was easy but we didn't need anything as all was good. The house is nicely renovated, the shower is amazing. Had everything we needed to cook. There is a single cot that we used for one of the kids which was appreciated. The house feels remote even though there are neighbours. It's a very quiet area, hardly saw anyone around. Walk to the beach down the hobbit trail is fun but up and down a few dunes before you get to the beach. Enjoyed the area - ATVing on the dunes, kayaking the Siltcoos river, and visiting Cape Perpetua.

Peaceful and refreshing

Clean spacious with modern amenities. Interesting walk to the beach, the Hobbit Trail being a one person wide tunnel through the bushes. The dunes on the other side are a bit daunting but good exercise. It might be a good idea to mark the edge of the steps going to the front door. Going down the steps, it's tricky to see where each step ends. They kind of blend together.

Perfect house near the beach

We loved how beautiful the home is with updated features and how clean and well kept it is. The location was absolutely perfect, quick walk to the beach, short drive to the grocery store, old town and popular hikes and attractions. We already can’t wait to plan a trip back!
