Ser Masaccio Apartment

Elegant apartament, renovated with fine finishes, located in a beautiful building on the first floor. Elegant and residential area of Florence, a two minutes walk from one of the city's main train stations, Firenze Campo di Marte.

The apartament is furnished in a simple and refined way, has a beautiful living area with air conditioning and equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms with internal views of the greenery, bathroom with shower, comfortable terraces.
The apartment is a 20 minute walk from the Duomo and you can reach Piazzale Michelangelo by bus in just 15 minutes. Also ideal for attending concerts, international events and matches in the stadium and sports hall area.
Limitation of services: The permitted temperature values in our flat are 19° C (+ 2° C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21° C. According to the Decree No. 383 of 6/10/2022 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter season, the period of switching on the systems for the City of Florence is allowed from 8 November to 7 April, for a maximum of 11 hours per day.

Pay attention to your house keys. In case of loss or non-delivery of keys, a fee of 50 Euro will be charged for the replacement of the lock for security reasons. . City Tax: € 5,50 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 7 nights
