Ruote Apartment first

Lovely and spacious apartment located in a typical Florentine building on the second floor without elevator in a quiet neighborhood a stone's throw from the historic center. The apartment consists of a spacious and cozy living room, equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, one double with a small balcony and one single, two bathrooms, one of which has a bathtub. Equipped with Wi-fi connection and air conditioning. A set of towels and bed linen is available for each guest. The apartment is located in Limited Traffic Zone, parking in a private garage is recommended.

Service limitation: The permitted temperature values in our flat are 19° C (+ 2° C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21° C. According to the Decree No. 383 of 6/10/2022 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter season, the period of switching on the systems for the City of Florence is allowed from 8 November to 7 April, for a maximum of 11 hours per day.
Pay attention to your house keys. In case of loss or non-delivery of keys, a fee of 50 Euro will be charged for the replacement of the lock for security reasons.
For urgent work caused by the guest outside office hours (10 p.m. to 8 a.m.) a payment of EUR 100 will be charged.. City Tax: € 6,00 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 7 nights

Spacious apartment not far from the city center

This is a very very large apartment with plenty of room for multiple guests. There were 3 of us so the place felt huge with so few people! The host was very nice and helpful with check in and information about the apartment. He warned us of a couple of issues (specifically about the power going on), which one could expect in an old building. There are AC floor units in each bedroom, which work very well, but the one in the smaller bedroom unfortunately leaked on the floor. It would be in the host's best interest to fix this ASAP. The floors are also rather dirty if you walk around barefoot. Overall, these are minor complaints and we really enjoyed our stay!
