The accommodation was clean and very safe. Security of the building is very good. It was near the trams. Hence, noise could be an issue in the evening and early morning.

The place was decent clean the only issue the beds were not comfortable and when we had a shower, the shower didn’t drain properly and the pillows on the bed were really thin. Other than that. It was a great stay had a washing machine very spacious. Erica was fantastic. She welcomed us to the property and showed us Around and gave us great tips where to eat in Florence.

Could be amazing, but was not.

This was an interesting place. Although there was an amazing amount of space, but, it lacked any type of warmth. There was little to no decor, no kitchen towels, sparse living room furniture and limited electrical outlets. The 2 twin beds were pushed together to form king beds, but, there was no mattress protector/pad or fitted sheet to successfully make it a "king" bed. They used a flat sheet to "combine" the beds, which was not successful as we tended to move the beds apart in the night and the flat sheet came off the mattress on all sides. The small shower did not offer any place to put shampoo or soaps. It did have a functioning kitchen, although a water kettle would have been appreciated. The washing machine worked well and the towels were quite nice. The air conditioning was excellent. The TV was user friendly. The location was very convenient to the airport. It was an easy walk to restaurants or to visit the museums and the river. The elevator was quick. It was a bit noisy, but by closing the shutters, there was considerable improvement. Noise is expected in the city. Overall, we had a comfortable stay, but doubt if we would return due to the bed/mattress issues. Sleep is tough enough when traveling.

Convenient and spacious

There are things need to be done Too many mosquitoes in both rooms and living room even kitchen. Dont know where theyre coming from when everything is closed. My children all have bites Bathroom door is broken. Screws are lose so we cant lock it Bathroom drain has too many hair thats why water doesnt go down. My husband tried to fix it alrdy but still needs the liquid solution for drainage Aircon in living and room near kitchen needs cleaning or freon. Middle room is ok Otherwise location and space is great. Host is great. Thank you. Would still go back. Very convenient and there is elevator

Camere pulite e spaziose. Check in efficiente con possibilità di deposito bagagli per arrivo anticipato. Note negative: da migliorare gli infissi perché poco isolanti per il rumore. Da adottare anche qualche meccanismo più efficiente per le zanzare.
