Ramaglianti Apartment

Comfortable studio apartment in a central location, just behind Piazza Pitti.It can accommodate up to 2 guests and is situated on the first floor of a typical Florentine building with street access, without an elevator. The location is strategic—just a few steps from the Boboli Gardens, Ponte Vecchio, and the main tourist attractions. The neighborhood is lively and dynamic, with plenty of services. The studio features a fully equipped kitchenette, an open-plan space with a double bed, dining table, wardrobe area, and a spacious bathroom with a shower.

Upon arrival, our guests will find a courtesy kit to meet their first needs (toilet paper, soap, shampoo, etc.).
The apartment is located in a restricted traffic zone.
Check-in is by appointment from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM. For arrivals after 8:00 PM, a supplement will be applied.
Service limitation:
Air conditioning in Italy is regulated by national laws that set a minimum temperature of 20°C and a maximum of 22°C.
The temperature values ​​allowed in our apartment are 19°C (+ 2°C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21° C. Based on Decree no. 383 of 6/10/2022 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter season, the period of switching on the systems for the Municipality of Florence is allowed from 8 November to 7 April, for a maximum of 11 hours per day.
Pay attention to your house keys. In case of loss or non-delivery of the keys, a cost of 50 Euros will be charged for replacing the lock for security reasons.
For urgent interventions caused by the guest outside office hours (from 10pm to 8am) a payment of EUR100 will be required. 

As per italian law n°214/2011 (art. 40.1) the italian police require us to report our guests' identification details. The info that guests are required to provide include a valid ID and resident address.
To ensure maximum comfort for all guests, we recommend using the shower one person at a time. The apartment is equipped with a water heater, so simultaneous use of hot water may temporarily reduce the water temperature.

Fantastic Florence Stay!

We stayed here for three nights and had a perfect time. The location is unbeatable! The bed was surprisingly comfortable, the shower water pressure was great, the check-in process was easy, in unit laundry and drying rack was fantastic, and the team was very communicative and helpful. I can’t recommend this place enough!

The apartment is cosy, clean and has everything you need. It's in a great location just a few mins from Ponte Vecchio and from great restaurants, cafes and market area. The major problem is the road noise which the single pane windows have no chance of blocking out. If you want a quiet place to stay, this is not for you.

My only complaint is the ability to get a taxi at this property. After several failed attempts to schedule a taxi I contacted the property manager and they were unable to schedule a taxi. So we set out on foot, luggage in hand trying to find a taxi stand. Thanks to google maps we found a taxi and made it to the train station on time. Over all it was a very pleasant stay

Great location

The pictures does not do this little apartment justice. It's really cute and clean and comfortable. Had everything that we needed and in a great location, few minutes walking to ponte vecchio, duomo and the uffizi gallery. I only wished that the AC could have worked better. The room did not get cool enough. I went in June at the peak of summer so it would have been nice to have that work more efficiently. Overall stay was amazing!
