Por Santa Maria Apartment

Apartment in a strategic position, located in an elegant historical building a few steps from Ponte Vecchio.
Comfortable and spacious thanks to the two double bedrooms, one with a large walk-in closet and one with a private bathroom with shower. Ideal for couples and families, it can accommodate up to 4 guests.
Bright location thanks to the living area that offers a privileged view of Via Por Santa Maria. A short walk from Piazza Signoria, the Uffizi Gallery and the main tourist attractions.
The common area with dining table, TV corner and sofa, also includes a fully equipped kitchen to meet all the needs of guests who intend to spend a longer stay.
A second bathroom with shower completes the apartment.
The option of single beds is available.

Service limitation: The permitted temperature values in our flat are 19° C (+ 2° C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21° C. According to the Decree No. 383 of 6/10/2022 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter season, the period of switching on the systems for the City of Florence is allowed from 8 November to 7 April, for a maximum of 11 hours per day.
Pay attention to your house keys. In case of loss or non-delivery of keys, a fee of 50 Euro will be charged for the replacement of the lock for security reasons.
For urgent work caused by the guest outside office hours (10 p.m. to 8 a.m.) a payment of EUR 100 will be charged. . City Tax: € 6,00 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 7 nights

Perfect location, professional management

Lovely time in Firenze right in the middle of everything. Clean home with pro staff that made check-in a breeze.

This property is in the central tourist area with easy walking access to everything. It can be a little noisy at night because of this. The air conditioning is also noisy so we turned it off in the bedroom at night. The apartment is fine and has two bathrooms which is an advantage. It is fairly basic but that is ok given we were out most of the time. There was no cutlery. Communication with the host was good on arrival, they met us at the property and talked us through everything. The apartment is at the top floor of the building and the lift is small with 240kg max limit.

What a fabulous place to stay in Florence! Great location, spacious, two bedrooms and two bathrooms, soft hotel quality towels, fully stocked kitchen - and they even left us a bottle of prosecco and a bottle of water in the refrigerator! The only minor issues were finding the exact spot (Google maps took us to a spot around the corner) and we had to wait about 15 minutes for someone to meet us. No big deal, and they kept in touch via messaging. The master bathroom sink didn't drain, but since we were only there 2 nights and there were 2 bathrooms, we didn't report it until we left. Wish we could have stayed longer! Note in photo that the yellow cabinet now has some extra dishes and glassware.

Amazing location and newly renovated!

Clarissa was so sweet and answered all our questions. The place has an elevator which was great for our luggage. We were in the middle of everything! The units have a/c, we couldn't figure out the temperature all the time but when we did it was a great relief coming in from outdoors. There is no cutlery in the apartment but it's offset by the welcome package we received. The washer was a great addition as well.
