the Hostel is about an hour walk from the city centre and also accessable by bus 11. Quite far to be going up and down a few times a day. Otherwise clean, but no wifi in the rooms and no aircon/fan.

Not worth your money!
This place is not worth it! Do not scrim here! You end up paying extra to be apart of the hostel association. Our room had black mold growing in it, the location is good because it was directly in front of a bus that takes you straight to the city center, but the wifi was terrible, and the room was disgusting.

Hostel is a refugee asylum
So the hostel is being used as a shelter to house people from africa and pakistan seeking asylum in italy. The refugees get rough loud in the food. They tend to play their music loud on their phones-never heard of earphones. They also use the wifi to stream music and videos, so the wifi never works. The hostel is far away fron the city center as well.

Ostello Villa Camerata
Hostel on the sidelines but well connected to the city center with buses. The rooms are small, the beds are old furniture as well. If someone like me is going to visit poto and not sit in the hostel is value for money is ideal.

One night in boot camp
If you want to remember your student life and boot camps, go to this hotel. It was noisy and the blankets were smelling strange. The access road is not in the best condition. I would use it again only if forced.

Very clean and nice area
This hostel was very good, the room was clean and area was nice too. Location was bit far from city center, but there is bus which goes there so it wasn't an big issue. It was bargain for this price.

My stay at the hostel
It was a nice place to stay at. The wifi is free but it can be a hit or miss when it comes to connectivity. It's a good stay but not good if you're far from the city center of Florence. Take public transportation to get to the main center of Florence. Nice neighborhood though.

It's ok for what you pay I guess. The problem is that it is well hidden in the woods and besides the sign at the entrance there are no more indication afterwards. So you just walk and walk and walk until you arrive at reception pretty sweaty :) When I got to my dormitory and opened the door the first thing I saw was the dust on the floor, seconf was my very vintage duvet :( Breakfast is really poor. I know it's a hostel but serving bread with jam only is kinda...Anyway it is ok if you're on a budget

Basic but great base
it's a little unfair to give just 3 stars but it is a hostel - so basic but has all that a traveller needs and is great value and an excellent base for discovering Florence. The hostel is set in a wooded landscape - near the Florence bus route though it is a good walk to the old villa. Backpackers will work up a sweat! As with most hostels renovations and improvements have been done in a piecemeal fashion that feels somewhat unsatisfactory in parts. Our room looked to back onto mature trees and consisted of two sets of red bunks, an egg yellow cupboard divided into four and two stools. Basic. A shelf would have been useful! We were given a key for a small bathroom just for us - family of 4 - and could use the communal shared showers and loos too, which were always clean for us. School canteen style tables and seats for bar and breakfast areas were adequate but not sympathetic with the architecture. We enjoyed breakfast outside on wooden benches. Breakfast is basic - Bread and jam and tea or the most vile coffee. I should have taken my small percolator and also don't forget midge spray! There's space in the garden to picnic and read. Wifi is free but patchy if a coach load of travellers are sucking it all up! Quite a few guests about - mostly younger travellers. Although groups were in the communal areas they were pretty much absorbed on their phones instead of making new friends - modern times tuh! Staff answered questions but didn't bowl me over with friendliness. We would definitely go back because of good value and location.

Too Far from Center & 10 Min walk up a steep hill
The hotel is on beautiful land. Ask to stay in a room overlooking the inner court. NO WIFI, they offer service in the lobby, but it drops often. They should offer wifi in the rooms or a better service in the lobby. What you do not fully understand is....when you arrive after taking a 25 minute bus from the main station in Florence...you then have a 10 minute walk up a steep hill with you luggage. I DID GET EXCELLENT SERVICE FROM SUZANNE....she was great! Helped me a lot. They should at least offer a shuttle from the street to the hotel. The bathrooms showers are poorly maintained. A lot of mold and scum on the shower walls. Smelly. Plenty of children stay here with families. They also rent the place out for parties. It is a beautiful property, but the time and money you spend to get there isn't worth it. Find a place closer to the city.

This place used to be a monestary. It is located at the outskirts of town on a hill . You walk thru the woods up hill for about 1/2 kilometer and the place is beautiful. The real disadvantage is there was a steady stream of buses loaded with noisy students. Lots of horseplay

Lovely setting though remote.
Very nice place with helpful and friendly staff. There were a number of high school field trips booked during my stay so to avoid the noise you may want to not book during spring break. Again the setting is very nice, surrounded by vineyards and forests but the walk into town takes about 45 minutes.

El peor hotel
El hotel se encuentra muy lejos del centro de Florencia aunque hay un camión que te deja cerca, sin embargo, tienes que caminar alrededor de 8 minutos en una calle totalmente sola, oscura y horrible. Reservamos una habitación doble y lo que recibimos fue una habitación con dos literas sin cobijas y sumamente sucias al igual que toda la habitación. Los baños a pesar de que son grandes se comparten con una infinidad de personas porque este lugar más bien parece una residencia. El desayuno pésimo, preferimos ni siquiera comerlo. Cero recomendable.

Urlaub in einem Flüchtungslager
Früher muss diese Villa mal sehr schön gewesen sein. Leider wurde in all den Jahren anscheinend kaum Geld investiert, sodass die gesamte Anlage schon ziemlich heruntergekommen aussieht. Das Haus erreicht man über einen etwa 500m langen, nachts sehr dunklen, Privatweg. Der Parkplatz vor Ort ist unbewacht und unsicher (in einer Nacht wurden 2 Autos aufgebrochen). Leider informiert Expedia nicht darüber, dass es sich bei dem Hostel um eine Art Flüchtlingsunterkunft handelt. Etwas mehr als die Hälfte der Zimmer werden von Flüchtlingen bewohnt, die das gesamte Gelände sehr stark für sich beanspruchen. Insbesondere Nachts ist es durch fehlende Regeln sehr laut. Das Zimmer war ganz nett. Schön sauber, geräumig und bequeme Betten. Das Frühstück war wiederum sehr dürftig: Zwieback, Instantkaffee und Marmelade.

Man får ikke mere end man betaler for.
Ingen lås til skabe på hostel. Dårlig morgenmad: Oplevede flere gange, at det brød der var, var skorper. Værelset blev ikke rengjort hver dag - skraldespanden ikke tømt. Det er ikke muligt at komme på toilettet mellem 11-14 hvilket virker helt absurd. Dette hostel ligger længere fra centrum end det beskrives.

Sannsynligvis det billigste overnattingsstedet i Firenze med fast tak over hodet, og bærer preg av det. Et vandrerhjem liggende et stykke inn i skogen opp mot Fiesole. Oppfylte greit nok vårt behov for et sted å sove under MOTOGP-løpet på Mugello i mai 2016,

À bit far from Firenze. The neighbourhood is quiet but people inside the ostello are noisy. Beds were uncomfortable and need to be changed. Breakfast was basic and not good (cold bread, Jam, cereals, warm Milk... that is all). Wifi is not good at all. The room was not clean. There were dead mosquitos on the Walls .

Klassizistischer Palazzo in altem Park
Freundliche, saubere Jugendherberge, alter Park, etwas außerhalb des Zentrums, mit Bus bequem zu erreichen, Parkplätze, mit ausgezeichnetem Restaurant (hervorragende Pizza!!) direkt gegenüber. Der Palazzo wird über eine großartige Säulen-Loggia erschlossen, die als allgemeiner Aufenthaltsraum im Freien dient.

Located on a hill in a forest near Florence. Old villa that has hardly been renovated since it was bought. Too far away from the city centre, takes a long time to get there, even by car. Mass accomodation, questions are not answered well.

Excelent Hostel. Beautiful place, well placed and not expansive. It's an excelent option for those who travel alone or with friends, and it's useful also for those who travel in couple (there are private rooms). The ambiance is very friendly, and also the staff. I don't recomend it for those who want something really comfortable, it is not a luxuous Hotel. But for a Youth Hostel, it is one of the best ones I knew.

Ti devi fare e disfare il letto, così da poter vedere ancora meglio le macchie sul copri materasso e la polvere sulla struttura del letto in ferro arruginito. Il muro è pieno di altre macchie. se siete una coppia come noi adeguatevi a dormire separati perché il letto è a castello. Pieno di zanzare, di notte non si dorme per il rumore e la colazione al mattino è di scarsa qualità. Cose come lo yogurt o il succo sono a pagamento. Mai più, con 10 euro in più si va in un hotel in centro!

Прямым словом отель " У черта на куличках", мы даже предположить не могли что он так далеко, вообще то предупреждать надо в таких случаях. Сняли номер на двоих, а в комнате было 2 двухярусные кровати. Ужас. Еще и на ресепшене не хотели с нами общаться, потому что мы плохо знаем анг.яз

El acceso para entrar al hotel esta muy feo, tienes que caminar mucho para poder llegar al hotel, falta señalización, el personal muy poco profesional, llegamos al hotel y estábamos esperando a que terminaran de comadrear para que pudieran atendernos, el desayuno es demasiado simple y todo esta caliente, las habitaciones huelen a viejo y los baños están demasiado encerrados y parecen sauna, y no cuentan con aire acondicionado. El resto de las instalaciones esta bien

蚊がものすごい
乗るバスも分かりづらく、バスを降りてからも少し山道を歩きます。郊外の山中だけに夏は蚊がものすごいです。エアコンも部屋に無く、窓全開のため、一晩中蚊が気になって寝れません。。
