Sono venuta a Firenze con il mio ragazzo e devo dire che per una coppia questo monolocale è perfetto. Giusto per dormire e poi visitare la città. Coccolo e intimo, posizione ottima.

Beware of poor communication!!!

Was send an email to tell me to confirm the time of arrival as check in was at 2pm (it also states that if we was any late we would be charged) but if we arrived early we can drop off our luggage first and return at 2 to check in. I knew i would arrive early so i emailed to say i can come early to drop of luggage but heard nothing,on the day of arrival i still hadnt recieved an email back. So with the whatsapp number they provided me with, i whatsapped to confirm that i could drop off luggage first BUT this was not the case. I got a reply to say that i could not drop off the luggage and that check in was not till 2.30 (a 30min delay)! The communication is digusting as we had to lug our luggage around for the whole entire time and worse of all we arrived at 2.30 at the property and the person checking us in was LATE there was noone there to let us in!!! Which meant we wasted more time where we could have gone sight seeing. Knowing that if we was late to check in we would have got charged but this was the other way round and yet got no money off our stay especially for their misinterpretation for the luggage drop off. Please view photo of the construction site right outside the apartment you'll hear loud noises and the place is full of dust. If you have a heavy suitcase be warned that there is no lift but stairs. Only two of us stayed in the apartment and hot water ran out after two showers the sink leaked water everywhere (photo). Small room, no iron but has hairdryer.

Pequeño estudio un poco alejado de las atracciones

El lugar fue algo pequeño, el sofá cama fue bastante incomodo. Queda un poco alejado de las atracciones principales en una zona promedio. La cuota de limpieza es excesiva y está un poco oculta en los términos de la reserva. Esta cuota de limpieza se paga en efectivo, adicional al precio de reserva. Si hubiese tenido la oportunidad de cancelar, lo hubiese hecho.

Espelunca ! Não tem palavra melhor para definir este local. Trata-se de uma kitchenette no primeiro andar de um prédio bem velho no centro. Fios aparentes, banheiro sujo, cheiro de mofo... a cama, é um sofá dobrável, colchão horrível. O quArto é minúsculo, a rua é barulhenta e não tem cortina black out. Enfim, péssima experiência !

Bom custo beneficio no Centro de Florença

A localização do apartamento é muito compacto, menor ainda do que eu imaginava por foto, mas atendeu nossas necessidades. O apartamento não tem elevador, mas fica no primeiro andar. Sua localização é muito boa: cerca de 10 minutos a pé das principais atrações turísticas da cidade.

Do Not Stay Here.....

The sheets and Mattress was dirty,the Faucet (Tap) in little kitchenette was broken falling off the sink,we lost power twice,One time we had to run around trying to find breakers to throw to put it back on we did find the right ones and we were back on electric,The next evening after coming in from Pisa,all day trip,The electric was out again the breakers did not work this time and the man who gave us the key came over he said it was our fault?????????? His manager did move us to another property as my husband depends on his C cap machine to breath no electric was not what we needed......The noise from the street was not pleasant....This was all noted to Expedia and the people at the property....Nothing was ever fixed in the property while we were there......SO STAY AWAY.....

Casa molto ma molto piccola

Casa carina,15/20 minuti dal centro. Ci sono rimasto male in quanto la casa rispetto alle foto è non piccola ma piccolissima. Con il divano letto aperto viene pure male muoversi all'interno della casa.
