As for my experience, I can say that there are some folks that treat this property as “home.” You must have a room key to access the room hallways. I was threatened by an individual who apparently lost his key and wanted me to let him inside. After talking to staff, he is one of those people, but said I did the right thing by not allowing him inside. "

"We had a great three day stay over spring break. The pool area is not heated, and it was cold. But my kids still went swimming. I enjoyed the fact that we were often the only people in the pool, so it was quiet. The location was perfect for us as we went to the Ark, the aquarium, and into Cincinnati. "Great place to stay. Beautiful hotel and all was good and comfortable. Unfortunately, getting around is difficult as it seems there is traffic no matter what time of day. Be patient as there are so many options for dining, and shopping. "
