Beautiful apartment

Beautiful apartment with all necessary amenities. Great location. We walked everywhere. Just keep in mind that it is a 2 story walk up - no elevator

Location, Location, Location

Could not have been better located. Our 4th visit to Florence so we knew where we wanted to be…. And this was it. Beautiful apartment. Just my husband and I so we had a choice of the three bedrooms…. 2 are at the front of the property and 1 at the rear, by the living area. The 2 at the front are the biggest, have the nicest bathrooms and a ‘walk-in’ wardrobe….. we started in one of those (front right - has biggest shower & the wardrobe) but then changed and slept in the back room as it was the most quiet. The street is a residential street (apart from a record shop) and is very close to one of the main thoroughfares from the main Piazzas /Via’s. Because it is so ‘quiet’ you do hear every noise at night as the sound does carry up if you have windows open…. We did have the luxury of being able to move rooms…. But didn’t move our clothes!! Fabulous 10 days.

The place was very clean and per the description. Sal was excellent and communicated early and often the only reaso i cannot give 5 stars is because it got a little noisy on the street until about 4 am. And the heat in the main living room did not work and it go a bit chilly during the evenings.

Great property and location. But, must wet wash smell and needed more towels. They also have a washer but no dryer.
