Rodolfo Suite - Brand new flat Santa Maria Novella

200 meters from Santa Maria Novella train station and 5 minutes walking from the Duomo and the attractions of Florence, our flat Rodolfo has just been renovated. Extremely quiet and finely furnished, it has all the comforts including wi-fi, a large TV, a living room with a sofa-bed, a relaxing terrace, a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, two double bedrooms with wardrobes, a bedroom with two single beds and a baby bed. Thanks to its position and comforts, Rodolfo is perfect for both long and short stay. Our flat is on the second floor, with no elevator. The two bedrooms upstairs, as shown in the picture, are a mansard/attic - therefore the ceiling are low: it is possible to stand, but the ceiling gradually descends and its hight diminishes. There are two bathrooms but only one shower. If you are a large group and like large spaces, please take these details into account. Please also refer to the planimetry for a better understading of the distribution of the flat's internal spaces. Our residence is located in the Santa Maria Novella neighbourhood, where the splendid Basilica of Santa Maria Novella, the Pharmacy of Santa Maria Novella, the Novecento Museum, and other beauties are located. The neighbourhood is renowned for its restaurants and is also the main transport hub of the city, with the central station of Santa Maria Novella, the Bus station, and the tramway station which directly connects the center of Florence with its airport. The flats are 5 minutes away from the Arno River, the Duomo, 10 minutes from the Ponte Vecchio and Palazzo Vecchio. The apartment is 200 meters from the central station, the station of the bus, and the tramway, which connects the city with the airport. Our flat Rodolfo is available to small groups starting from 2 persons. However, when rented to small groups (2 persons), the bedrooms in excess will be locked. If you are in 2 or more persons and each one of your group wishes to have his/her own room (sofa bed included), that's possible but we will charge you an additional 15€ cleaning fee per room used. The fee must be paid upon your arrival. If you wish to have the extra room or sofa bed prepared, please tell us at least 48 hrs before your arrival. Without this communication, this service is not guaranteed and may be carried out the day after your arrival.
