In Florence, in the heart of dowtown
Nice apartment in the historic center. 700 meters from Piazza del Duomo and 500 meters from Piazza Santa Croce. If you want to stay and rest comfortably in the historic center and reach all sites and museums on foot, this is the apartment for you. The apartment, on the second floor of a historic building, without a lift, is composed of a large and bright living room, two bedrooms with double beds measuring 200 x 160 cm, one of which can be divided into two single beds 200 x 80 cm, a complete kitchen and a full bathroom with tub and shower. In the living room there is a comfortable double sofa bed. Therefore up to six adults can sleep in the apartment. However, in the period between September 15th and May 15th, a cocktail bar on the street in front of the living room windows is open until late at night. The noise produced by customers on the sidewalk can last until very late and make it very difficult to sleep on the sofa bed in the living room. For this reason, in this period we do not accept reservations for groups larger than five people, as in one of the two rooms it is possible to add a single bed next to the double bed. The apartment is carefully furnished and well equipped, capable of allowing for comfortable and peaceful stays. We prefer to host stays of no more than seven days. Guests wishing to stay for longer periods are invited to ask us for information and not to make immediate reservations. We cannot cancel reservations once done! From the apartment it is possible to reach on foot, in a few minutes, all the different sites of historical, artistic and cultural interest in the historic center. The area is also full of clubs and restaurants known and frequented more by Florentines than by tourists. Via Fiesolana is located in the historic center, in a limited traffic area, it is forbidden to park on the street or even access the area, unless you park in a public garage. There are two a few meters from the apartment.

Such a beautiful and clean apartment. Relaxing space and nice amenities. Bruno checked us in and was on time and accommodating and friendly. The location was close to everything we wanted to see in Florence. Perfect for our family of five (2 parents and 3 young adult children).Thank you so much, Francesca and Bruno!
Charming. Beautiful, Italian feel to the apartment. So close to all the main attractions. Loved hearing the working of the city. My adult children enjoyed Rex Lounge right across the street. Bruno was very accommodating! Would stay again
We loved this apartment for its space, comfort, and convenience. The main living spaces (living, dining and kitchen areas) were larger than any of the other apartments we stayed at during out recent visit to Italy. Communication with the host was excellent, and check-in was really easy. A potential downside for some is that the bar across the street is very popular and very noisy on a Friday night. The bedrooms being back off the street helps with this, and the noise wasn't a problem for me, but did affect one of my friends who is a lighter sleeper. We were able to easily walk everywhere we wanted to go in Florence, and I would definitely recommend this apartment for its comfort and convenience, regardless of the party spot across the street.
We had a short but great stay in this cute, perfectly located apartment. The place is bigger than we thought it'd be which is always a nice surprise! We found all we needed there, we would definitely recommend it !
Charming apartment in a fun neighborhood. It comfortably fit all 5 of us. Bruno had excellent communication with us throughout our visit. Highly recommend.
Nice apartment and stocked nicely in both kitchen and bathroom. The only reason I gave it a 4 is the water pressure and it doesn’t stay hot. It’s a very old building and if you don’t mind dealing with the water then it’s perfect.

Great location nice clean place, the host is a penny pincher hid all the remotes for the AC notes with rules all over all designed to save her money then try’s to make you leave her cash for city tax’s that are not in the rental agreement.
This was our first visit to the city. The apartment is close to attractions, which made it convenient for us. We enjoyed the apartment layout that provided us much space to spread out—we had 3 adults and the space was liberating! The owners communicated with us via the app and through WhatsApp, which was helpful. We had detailed instructions provided on ac units, hot water, and restaurant recommendations. Coffee was provided, which is a huge plus! Thank you again for being great hosts!
great property. only issue was with low pressure with hot water making showers a chore, but probably to be expected with 100 year plus old building. Bruno is a great communicator.
We had a wonderful time in Florence at Bruno’s apartment. It was well located, but not in the heart of all the busy-ness of the city core, so we could sleep quietly at night. The apartment has everything you could need for staying a few nights, and they even supplied a high chair and travel cot for our baby. We loved the layout of the suite, with the living room and kitchen on the front of the building, and the sleeping rooms and bathroom well into the back. Perfect arrangement for a family wanting to have a quiet space for sleeping away from the living areas.
