Room for improvement
The property was in a great neighborhood but the traffic outside our door was at times deafening making it hard to sleep. The room smelled of stale smoke. We could not access the internet in our first few days and had no hot water until we learned there was a switch that turned on the heater. Our property manager did his best but we think it would have been most helpful to have a page of instructions available to guide us and troubleshoot any problems. A little more effort paid upfront would have gone a long way. Our location was perfectly appointed to the historical area and Ponte Vecchio bridge. Also the Boboli gardens.
