Cosy flat, centrally located.
Strategic location, a few steps from San Lorenzo.
Located on the fourth floor without lift of a typical Florentine building, it is therefore not suitable for guests with reduced mobility, there are about 80 steps to walk up.
The flat consists of:- 3 bedrooms (one with 3 single beds, one with 1 single bed and one with a bed that can be divided into 2 single beds) - a large open space consisting of living and dining area with equipped kitchenette - 2 bathrooms (one with shower and the other with bathtub) - habitable balcony with urban view Washing machine and wifi connection at guests' disposal.
The flat is equipped with a set of towels and bed linen for each guest.
Located in a lively and dynamic neighbourhood, full of services, restaurants and typical shops.
The city's main attractions can be easily reached on foot.
The flat is located in a restricted traffic zone. You can park in a paid garage nearby.
Upon arrival, our guests will find a courtesy kit to meet their first needs (toilet paper, soap, shampoo, etc.).

The apartment is located in a restricted traffic zone. 

Check-in is by appointment from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM. For arrivals after 8:00 PM, a supplement will be applied.

Service limitation:
Air conditioning in Italy is regulated by national laws that set a minimum temperature of 20°C and a maximum of 22°C.
The temperature values ​​allowed in our apartment are 19°C (+ 2°C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21° C. Based on Decree no. 383 of 6/10/2022 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter season, the period of switching on the systems for the Municipality of Florence is allowed from 8 November to 7 April, for a maximum of 11 hours per day.
Pay attention to your house keys. In case of loss or non-delivery of the keys, a cost of 50 Euros will be charged for replacing the lock for security reasons.
For urgent interventions caused by the guest outside office hours (from 10pm to 8am) a payment of EUR100 will be required  

As per italian law n°214/2011 (art. 40.1) the italian police require us to report our guests' identification details. The info that guests are required to provide include a valid ID and resident address.
To ensure maximum comfort for all guests, we recommend using the shower one person at a time. The apartment is equipped with a water heater, so simultaneous use of hot water may temporarily reduce the water temperature



City Tax: € 6,00 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 7 nights

Arrival between 00:00 and 02:00 is subject to 100 late arrival fee.
Arrival between 20:00 and 22:00 is subject to 50 late arrival fee.
