Really lovely stay

Had a great time at this apartment. Don’t understand the negative reviews, it’s exactly as advertised. Yes, it might be a bit dated and not a marble palace but for the price and location it was very enjoyable. The kitchenette is very useful! Super convenient near the main station and easy walk to all attractions. You are in a busy location so expect a bit of noise at peak hours but once that dies down it’s really peaceful. Some people say it’s not clean but I found it to be very clean on arrival, maybe it’s the tiles, the type of tile used does look dirty but I can assure you walking around in white socks they stayed white! You will need to let the owner know your arrival at least 24 hours prior and I advise you plan to arrive within the check in hours for an easier experience (and cheaper) as it’s not manned 24 hours (it’s a small business people, not the Ritz). The best bit was the bed in my room, can’t speak of other rooms but the bed was so comfortable that I wanted to take the mattress home 😂. No smoking inside but who still does that anyways? Go outside! The bathroom was fine, practical and clean in my case. Treat the place with respect and you won’t have any issues. My only bit of construct feedback would be if they can invest in new doona/duvet covers that would be nice and slightly bigger towels, and if ever possible to paint the green bits- I feel these small improvements would really enhance the experience more but like I said it’s excellent value for money.

The apartment was very nice, clean, comfortable, close to the city center and had a few grocery shops nearby. It wasn't in the nicest, fanciest area of the city but it had some very nice restaurants nearby and it was a quiet, pleasant neighbourhood. The train station was literally 5 minutes away on foot if one's interested to take a trip somewhere like we were. Over all it was great value for money and would definitely stay there again.

Apartamento ubicación y precio bueno, limpieza y trato al cliente deficiente, que tenga buen precio no debe de implicar encontrar el apartamento sucio y el trato antipático. Tuvimos reforma de habitación contigua durante nuestro alojamiento de tres días comenzando el obrero a trabajar a las 8 a.m. Por lo demás la ubicacion fue lo mejor. P.D. Como la crítica no es buena quedamos a la espera de la contestación grosera que acostumbra este establecimiento.

una topaia è più pulita e accogliente aria condizionata ad acqua il che significa che raffredda solo se l’acqua circola in continuazione ed invece spenta da due giorni con 40 gradi che c’era Puzza di muffa ed confort inesistenti Alle nostre rimostranze si sono dimostrati saccenti e presuntuosi adducendo che per il prezzo pagato cosa pensavamo di trovare Siamo stati costretti a cambiare sistemazione e dover spendere altri soldi In questo caso il pagamento anticipato è un cappio al collo Saremo costretti a chiedere un risarcimento danni perché ciò che viene descritto nella prenotazione è completamente inesatto Una pubblicità ingannevole ad una location che non merita neppure una stella sia per ciò che offre sia per il personale addetto alla struttura

Early Arrivals are a huge inconvenience

Must make appointment after 3 p.m. to check-in. So early arrivals must check bags at the train station which is expensive. Toilet seat did not fit the toilet and kept falling off. Had to wait until after 3 p.m. to talk with someone the next day. It was NEVER fixed. Called the following day to ask about repair and was told there were no seats to replace that one. Then the manager blamed us for breaking the seat. I explained it did not fit to begin with, which he would have known if he had even looked at it. He refused to do anything about it during our stay. Outside is a lot of construction which seems to be the root of a terrible smell. No cleaning nor change of towels during stay!!!!

La cosa positiva è la posizione, la struttura si trova a 5' a piedi dalla stazione e a 10-15' dal centro storico. Purtroppo però la stanza non era molto pulita, sotto al microonde c'erano le formiche (già all'arrivo), la spugnetta per lavare i piatti aveva dentro alcuni capelli. Inoltre, diverse cose non funzionavano o non funzionavano bene: il condizionatore non ha la manopola e quindi è duro da azionare, dopo aver scaricato il water perde, la tendina della doccia non si chiude bene. A mio avviso andrebbero specificate le imperfezioni e poi sta al singolo scegliere.

Quando raggiungi una città diversa dalla tua qualche timore inevitabilmente ti assale. E la struttura che ti accoglie anche se in maniera immateriale ti aiuta a cancellare la paura iniziale. E' andato tutto bene. Accoglienza eccellente, ottima struttura. Standard sicurezza molto buoni. Autonomia per raggiungere gli appartamenti. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente.
