this is an older building with some nice upgrades, kitchen and bathroom, but the apartment is sparely furnished with cheap uncomfortable furiniture. the sofa is extremely uncomfortable and the dinning table chairs are cheap plastic. the window shades are in dire need of replacement, tattered, worn and small holes in all of them.no luggage stands to place luggage in the bedrooms.when we arrived the place was clean, the dishwasher was run but not emptied. the remote for the very small tv in the primary bedroom did not work, and the terrace was dingy with two cheap folding chairs.the kitchen is poorly equipt: one tiny moka coffee pot that made one cup at a time, no dish towels, no paper towels or napkins....not practical!!!!some minor upgrading would make this a 4 star stay.
