Nice Place to Stay

This is a very nice place. It has 3 bathrooms, which was awesome with three women. It was clean and owners were there to give us the keys. Beds were comfortable and the rooms were comfortable.

Good location but things needs to be in improved

Overall it was good apartment apart like location was good, very near to train station and other tourist places. But there were few things like it is on 3rd floor so if you have few Suitcases to get up there it was a struggle. Downstairs there was only one small air-conditioning unit in between living room and bedroom which was not ideal in this hot weather. There was also sewer smell in the toilets which definitely needs to be fixed as other reviews have previously complained, we took a chance thinking it would have been fixed but it hasn't!

The gentleman that meet us at the property was very nice. My issue was the with overall property. The worse thing was the smell of foul stool in the bathrooms which over took the whole apartment. Also missing amenities like towel paper. Extra toilet paper that could cover your entire stay. Overall would not stay there again.

The property management service was lacking. The apartment had overhead lights not functioning and when we requested replacement of light bulbs, there was noone to repair. Management comany used the excuse that the handyman was overworked and thereby not available. We were in the dark at sundown. The apartment was not cleaned at checkin. The unit was on the 3rd floor and the corridor up to that level was not adequately illuminated and usually completely in the dark. As well, the locking mechanism on the door was extremely difficult to operate.

There is not air condition On the apartment and if we open the windows then the mosquitoes enter to the apartment and we can’t sleep There are not elevator and the apartment is On the 3rd floor, so is hard to carry everything and the scalator is hight and not wider

Nagyon jó helyen van, a belváros szélén, a vasútállomás mellett, minden gyalog elérhető. Szűk, meredek lépcsők vannak, kicsi fürdőszobák, kevés hely és műanyag székek, úgyhogy kövér embereknek nem ajánlott. A falak nagyon piszkosak, de az ágyneműk tiszták voltak. A szúnyogháló hiányzik, mert még novemberben is voltak szúnyogok. A szállásdíjon felül még nagy összegű idegenforgalmi adót is kellett fizetni.

Appartement qui a tout pour etre confortable sauf que l absence de volets extérieurs aux fenetres et des climatisations insuffisantes conduisent a +35/40 degres en plein été. Satisfait de la machine a laver le linge, 3 salles de bain, piece de vie avec cuisine (manque 1 four ou micro-ondes). Wifi a revoir, pas de puissance.

Excellent experience

Very comfortable and clean apartment, and with three bathrooms, wow! Nicely remodeled at some point and a well equipped kitchen. Location was quiet and convenient. Stairs were rough ( I’m 68), but doable. At least the stairwell had a light, some don’t. My biggest suggestion would be screens on the windows. I recommend and would stay there again. Also contacting the company and their response time was impressive. And the person who met us there to give us our keys was extremely accommodating, even helped us with our luggage.
