In Via Maggio, the historic district of Florence’s antiques sellers, just 50 meters from Palazzo Pitti and close to Palazzo Vecchio, this stupendous refuge sits above the roof-tops of Florence and is perfect for those who wish to take in the sights of Florence on foot.

On the sixth and top floor, with an elevator, the apartment is made up of a bedroom with a king-size bed, a living room with a well-equipped kitchen and a double sofa bed, and a bathroom with a shower.

The apartment can house up to four adults and is ideal for a couple or a family.

24 hr self check-in

This apartment is in a great location being an easy walk to all the museums and churches. There are mostly local people so it has a nice atmosphere. It would be a good idea to have a guide to where things are in the apartment. ( I found the washing machine on the last day). For 4 people it would be a squeeze to fit. Perfect for a couple or two friends.

Séjour à la florentine

L’appartement que nous avons loué dans le quartier de la via Maggio situé au 6 eme étage d’un immeuble typiquement florentin est joliment décoré et spacieux. Mauvaise insonorisation entre les planchers. On entend les chasses d’eau et douche des voisins du dessus. L’accueil est nul,car inexistant.tout ce fait par un automate dans une pièce proche de la gare..... C’ est le côté très décevant de cette location.Tout est digital et doit être télécharger sur le téléphone.

Perfect location, perfect apartment!

My husband and I loved this apartment! It has everything you need for a comfortable stay in Florence. The location/apartment is quiet and away from all the main touristy areas of Florence, but still very convenient to everything you would want to do, making it easy to come back to for a short break after touring. It's about a 5 minute walk from the Ponte Vecchio but feels miles away. Lots of great restaurants and a grocery store are nearby. The apartment is equipped with modern conveniences including a small kitchen with just enough for eating daily breakfasts and a few meals if you didn't want to go out, (small refrigerator, dish washer, two burner stove top), washing machine (no dryer, but there is a drying rack), and a very nice bathroom with a great blow dryer. And an elevator!!! (apartment is on the 6th floor). We spent four nights here and would definitely stay here again if/when we come back. Picking up and dropping of the keys was very easy and convenient by the train station (you don't have to be on a strict schedule to pick the keys up). Questions with the owners were answered promptly prior to our visit and while we were there.
