Not good
Unpleasant stay. To start with, you need to contact the host to be able to checkin, luckily we had a SIM card, otherwise this would have been very problematic. After finally reaching the host, she very rudely answered, and made us wait 5 minutes to be able to go inside, while we were waiting outside in the rain with all of our bags. The checkin process was awful, and took almost 45 minutes. The host became very hostile and rude when we requested an AC remote, insisting that we did not need it as the weather was fine, even though it exceeded 30 degrees during the days of our stay. The external bathroom is also quite a walk from the room, and it was unclear on whether it was was even private as advertised. To add to this, the place also had a smell of off meat the whole time, had wifi which barely worked, and a lot of street noise. I would classify this as possibly the worst and most uncomfortable stay that I’ve experienced, and do not recommend.

Excellent Place.
The Hotel was perfectly located near the SMN train station and close to downtown area. I spend seven nights at the Hotel. We went to Firenze to help my daughter start her college career. Very clean place, coffee machine makes excellent coffee, refrigerator in the room, access to microwave. The place was quite at night.

Florence Stopover.
This is a good spot to base your exploration of Florence. The property did not seem staffed and we had to call a telephone number where a staff member then helped us enter the property. The room was clean and spacious and toilet was modern. There was a basic kitchen with a coffee machine, microwave and kettle. The location is safe and has good access to both metro and the city center.

The location is good, the place looks nice. It doesn’t have a reception (the landlord doesn’t live in either) so this is why people have had problems with their check in. Just call in advance and let them know when you’ll arrive. My room was indeed noisy so if you’re a light sleeper it might be a problem (it was ensuite, so maybe the ones with the shared bathroom would be better from this point of view, but I’m not sure). All in all very friendly staff and a clean place.

Pros - fairly central location about 20 min walk from old town and 10 from railway station. Good size clean room with large bed. Helpful staff available by phone Cons - nosy roads outside, somewhat impractical entry system especially if late check in. No staff at property. self catering so be sure to bring own food for breakfast.

Cosy centrally located place with some minorissues
The room is clean and very well located as its near the train station and all major tourist attractions are at walking distance. Its a small room but it justifies the price we paid for it. The welcome message sent day before was a very good experience. The message contained all the necessary details to get to the room including wifi details. Very professional indeed. Only thing i would like to be changed is the pillows and have more hooks in the room. There were no hooks or pegs in our room no 5. A few hooks(pegs) would be good to keep your clothes or towels out of the way. An extra pair of pillow would make a huge difference in the comfort level.

Great location
great location-close to all important sites and the train station, comfortable bed and clean. if i were to stay there again i would choose a room with a bathroom. the detached bathroom was quite a ways from the bedroom. also, has a great coffee machine!! wi-fi wasn't bad but not great. often times we had to go to common area to hook up.

Not a B&B. Checked out early.
The overall experience of staying at Corte Passi was closer to staying in a high end hostel, which wasn't what we were after. Despite the title 'B&B,' there's no breakfast available, though this wasn't the reason for us checking out early. We were displeased on arrival by there being no one present at the premises, leaving us stranded outside in the street after a long journey and having to buzz one of the other guest houses on site (there are three located in the building) to be let inside. Then, on getting inside, we were locked in the inside corridor with no way of gaining entry to the check in area. Eventually, after knocking, buzzing and phoning the number we had with no reply, some of the other guests reluctantly let us in. We waited for some time until the sole member of staff appeared to check us in, who offered no apology or explanation for leaving us stranded, despite the establishment's claim that check in was anytime between 1pm and 9pm. This experience was repeated for another guest the following evening, who we let into the premises, having gone through the same inconvenience ourselves. The event that made us decide to leave in favour of a decent hotel (we were on our honeymoon and decided to get somewhere more suitable) was being told we were going to be moved to a different room, which involved having to either leave our luggage insecure or having the room locked and risk not being able to get back inside again.

Our room was quiet and clean but our other group said they had a lot of road noise because they were next to the street. The hotel was great for the price point. We had to pay an addition tax per person which was not included in the price.

Yes, unfortunately the City Tax cannot be paid online but only on spot, thus you had to pay it upon your arrival. We try to arrannge all our rooms in the same way, but Florence is presently "under construction" and maybe the room of your mates was involved in some days of major noise :-(

The hosts are very nice and flexible
Location is good and the hosts of the hotel (Bruno and his daughter) were very nice. Price point and location are its strong points.

all i can say is that at least it was clean.
we were late arriving at the hotel. front door was locked and no answer to the doorbell. we finally used a neighbor's phone to contact the hotel owner. he opened the door to the hotel remotely. we found a note telling us our room number and other instructions. we saw the owner the following day for about an hour and never saw him again. we were the only guests at the hotel. there was no so called breakfast, no wifi, and no phones in the hotel. without wifi, we would have been unable to call anybody in the event of an emergency, we couldn't call for taxi service and we couldn't arrange for tours for lack of a phone. it was very distressing.

Sorry...but we were there with you and helped you as far as possible. We also set wi.fi, for you (it is perfectly working in our rooms!) and also tried to teach you how to use internet both to contact us and to book tours I would advise you to book in structures with a 24/24 service to get a continous help. .

Remember the check in time
Overall I had a great time staying at Corte Passi : the room is clean, having out private bathroom, and free coffee available. Just remember to check in before 9pm or call them if you will be arriving late. I didn't realize that there is a check in time, and we arrived at 11pm when there is no staff helping us. We had to ring the bell numerous times until other guest opened the door for us, and called the owner aftwrward. But it's a good stay except that little incident :)

Nice big room with ensuite.
Watch the mozzies and the noisy co-inhabitants at 02:00. We opened up the window on the first night and battled throughout the night with some rather aggressive mosquitos. Room is fine & comfortable, beds & linen were clean and reasonably good, amenities good, with kettle & fridge in the room and microwave & coffee machine in the common kitchen. It's quite a walk to the places of interest, but there's a bus stop right outside and others nearby that get you anywhere. Only knives and teaspoons in the kitchen, no forks or large spoons.

Differently liked this B&B. good location not to fair from the train station. a little bit of a walk from downtown which was a nice walk with lots of shopping near. The B&B was nice room was very cold and was not told about how to change the temperature until the next day. loved that the breakfast was in the room the night before. Overall a great place! :) thanks.

Close to Firenze train station.
In one sentence, we absolutely love Corte Passi! It give a really cozy feeling, just feel like you are staying at your own home. Everything needed was provided. Water kettle was provided as well, and many food was available for us to consume. Free wifi is available, however sometimes the connection goes on and off. Room was very clean and looks new. This b&b is located within walking distance, approximately 15 mins walk to duomo and other florence attractions. We were allowed to stay at the living room until our next train departs, overall experience was beyond my expectations. We didn't want to leave because it was so comfortable. My next trip to florence I will book with them again.

Cumple con los requisitos básicos, una habitación en muy buen estado y cerca a buenos puntos de interés de Florencia. Nosotros llegamos en tren y nos quedaba súper cerca de la terminal, eso ayudó mucho. Aunque no había nadie cuando llegamos, nos contactamos por WhatsApp y nos dieron acceso inmediatamente. Atención excelente y cómoda respecto al precio.

Struttura decisamente comoda ed accogliente: molto vicina al centro storico (5 min a piedi), appena al di fuori della ZTL: è facilmente raggiungibile in auto senza preoccuparsi delle multe. Si trova molto parcheggio in zona. La camera è molto pulita, dispone di un mini-frigo, e di tutti i servizi necessari. Inoltre è a disposizione una cucina, con macchina per il caffè. Il gestore è molto disponibile, anche per chiarimenti non inerenti al pernottamento. Per non parlare del prezzo davvero basso. Consiglio molto!

В целом все хорошо. Чистота и порядок. Минуса было два. Шумная дорога под окном, и туалет в другой части Гест Хауса. Но близость к центру все уравновешивает!

Per il prezzo pagato é ottimo. Camere pulite e ben riscaldate, a parte lampadari e lampadine da spolverare. A disposizione forno a microonde e macchina del caffè per cappuccino ecc... per la colazione.

Grazioso B&B a Firenze
Situato in una posizione comoda sia per la stazione sia per il centro di Firenze. La stanza era pulita e dotata di tutti i confort. Stefano si rilevato gentile e disponibile nonostante non sia sempre presente. Non viene servita la colazione ma comunque vi è ad esempio la macchina del caffè a disposizione. Sicuramente esperienza positiva, consigliato!
