Clean and well planned apartment

A clean and very well planned apartment with restaurants and supermarket nearby, perfect for a couple spending a few days in Florence. Walking distance to the old town and most of the important sights. The host Nicola was very nice and helpful.

The Doors of San Frediano

The apartment was lovely and well suited to sleep 3-4 people in a quiet neighborhood with shopping and restaurants & just a 20 min walk to Ponte Vecchio, Santa Maria Novella, The Duomo.

Nice apartment. Good location with walking distance to everything. The apartment lacked kitchen things like, salt/pepper, hand towel, no coffee filters/ tea. A few more comforts would be nice for the price. Also, if you're a large person you will never fit in the small shower opening. Host was quick to answer and had lots of helpful suggestions for the area.

A very nice apartment near the center of Florenz

I had a wonderful time in Florenz and Nicola’s Apartment. It is modern, cosy and functional. Nicola is a great host, he answers in short time, helps you if you need help. I will return to Florence and to this apartment for sure. Thank you dear Nicola, it was a pleasure!
