When I saw this property on Orbitz I put it in the “too good to be true” category, but based on the number of glowing reviews I booked it. It truly lived up to and exceeded my expectations and bonus, it was shockingly affordable. I feel like a genius. Note to future bookers: to check in, let them know what time you’ll be there, and when you arrive at the unassuming entrance scroll thru the directory until you see “Cavalieri Palace” and press the bell button. Someone will open the automatic doors and you take the elevator to the 4th floor where the office is.

Excellent location in the center of Florence, parking howerver is kind of a pain. There's a garage available 30 eu/night, but getting to the appt. is a bit hard as you enter ZTL area (the garage takes care that you wont get a report). The owner is great and there's an elevator even though not mentioned.

디럭스 아파트 두오모전망 3박. 이탈리아 여행 중 최고의 숙소였음. 역에서 10-15분정도 걸어가야함. 무거운 캐리어 가지고 피렌체 돌바닥 길 찾아가는 건 너무 힘들었음 ㅜㅜ. 호텔처럼 간판이 똭! 있는 게 아니라 처음에 찾기 너무너무 힘들었음. 시내에 위치하다보니 관광하기 좋은 위치. 방은 ㄷ자 모양인데, 화장실 안방이 같이 있고, 복도, 그리고 주방이 따로 있음. 식기세척기와 전자레인지가 있어서 좋음. 화장실이 넓고 깨끗함. 룸컨디션도 매우 좋음. 안방 창문에서 종탑과 쿠폴라가 잘 보이고 종소리도 잘 들림. 지배인? 매니저?분이 매우 친절함. 단 안방 아래가 사무실인데 거기서 창문열고 담배피면 담배냄새 올라옴 ㅜㅜ 피렌체에 또 간다면 여기서 숙박하고 싶음.

From the check-in to check-out point, everything exceeded our expectation. We had another family traveling with us, staying nearby 5 star hotel, and they actually came over twice for drinks and kids’ playdate. Carlos, the director, was also always in touch for any of our needs amd questions. The location cannot be better as well. We are already discussing when to return to this place!

中心地にあり、立地抜群！ チェックイン時間が飛行機の関係上、20時頃になってしまいましたが、事前に連絡していたのでチェックインもスムーズに出来ました。 入り口もグーグルアースで事前に調べた際は全く分からず、不安でしたが、木の扉の横にレジデンスのプレートがありました。 部屋も清潔で、毎日、お水とコーヒーも補充してくれ、快適に過ごせました。 またフィレンツェに行く際には、こちらに泊まります。

Stayed 5 days in June in the Black Prince apartment on the 5th floor. First the good: The location is perfect – on a quiet street but close walking distance to many sites. We liked having all the space of an apartment. The kitchen is small but outfitted with everything we needed. The apartment was roomy, clean and comfortable. The cleaning and service staff were efficient, friendly and accommodated requests. For the not so good: some maintenance issues have been neglected – for example, the toilet ran, some electric outlets were not working & one lamp worked sporadically and had a badly frayed wire, so we unplugged it. One day the wifi didn’t work & on our last night we came home late to no lights and no electric. All the breakers had tripped (even though nothing was running). Luckily the breaker box was in the apartment and we were able to reset them. But the worst issue was a horrible sewer smell that came and went sporadically (not when we were using water). This happened during the day and overnight and was bad enough to cause headaches. The Hotel Pierre next door offers breakfast to guests for 15 Euro – but the selection was poor. Our son has stayed here before (not this particular apartment) without a problem and the other reviews are good. So maybe our stay was an anomaly - but while we loved the location, we would probably not book this particular establishment again.

This hotel is one of my best ever experiences. 10/10 without hesitation. The host, staff and service was just perfect. The rooms are spacious and equipped with almost everything needed, It felt like home. Location! Nothing beat it. It’s close to all attractions and centrally located. Definitely will come back again.

A real luxury residence

Amazingly well designed named flat (Black Prince) with exquisite Italian modern pale and contemporary design- location behind Plaza Republica- Palazzo Strozzi- but the name 'Luxury Residence' said it all- it would be great to have an apartment like this, tasteful, pristine and discrete.
