Elegant, recently renovated apartment just 3 km from Florence’s historic center. Located in a quiet area, it offers private parking and an exclusive outdoor space. Pets are welcome.
The living room features a comfortable sofa bed, 55” LCD TV, dining table for 4, and a kitchen with induction hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, and coffee machine. Access is through a private outdoor area furnished with table, chairs, armchair, and small sofa.
The double bedroom has a standard bed with linens, extra blankets and pillows, blackout curtains, large wardrobe, dresser, and 55” LCD TV. The laundry area provides a washer-dryer, detergents, iron, ironing board, and spacious shoe rack.
The bathroom includes a large shower, towels for 2, soap, and hairdryer.
Private parking is right in front of the entrance, accessible via automatic gate.
Within a 5–8 minute walk you’ll find the tram (direct to the center and Santa Maria Novella), two supermarkets, and San Donato Shopping Center. Perfect for families (crib with linens available), couples, or friends wanting to visit Florence with every comfort.
