Violetta Suite - Brand new flat - S. Maria Novella

Located 200 metres from the Santa Maria Novella train station and an 8-minute walk from the Duomo and all the attractions of Florence’s city centre, our apartment, Violetta, has just been renovated. Extremely quiet and tastefully furnished, it offers all the comforts you need, including Wi-Fi, a large TV, a living room with a sofa bed, a kitchen, one bathroom, a double bedroom with a closet, and a private courtyard. Thanks to its location and amenities, Violetta is perfect for both long and short stays. My team and I are available by phone should you need assistance during your stay in Florence. I will provide you with our contact information and ensure your needs are met. Our residence is located in the Santa Maria Novella area, home to the splendid Basilica of Santa Maria Novella, the Santa Maria Novella Pharmacy, the Novecento Museum, and other attractions. The area is renowned for its restaurants and serves as the city’s main transport hub, featuring the Santa Maria Novella central train station, the bus station, and the tram station, which connects city centre Florence directly to the airport. The apartments are a 5-minute walk from the Arno River and the Duomo, and a 10-minute walk from the Ponte Vecchio and Palazzo Vecchio. The apartment is 200 metres from the central train station, the bus station, and the tram station, which connects the city to the airport. Our Violetta apartment is available for small groups of 2 or more people. If there are 2 of you and one person wishes to sleep on the sofa bed, that is possible, but we will charge an additional €15 cleaning fee. This fee must be paid upon your arrival. If you would like the sofa bed set up, please let us know at least 48 hours before your arrival. Without this notice, this service is not guaranteed and may not be available until the day after your arrival.
