Bright penthouse apartment 125 sqm + 3 private terraces overlooking the Duomo, 5 + 1 beds. 50 meters from Piazza Duomo, 2nd floor (top), without lift. 55 comfortable steps. 3 bedrooms, all with air conditioning (2 double with AC + 1 single with air conditioning) + 1 single sofa bed in a double bedroom, 2 bathrooms with shower and windows, 3 private terraces with views. All bedrooms and bathrooms with mosquito nets and anti mosquito lamps.
The bedrooms are 1 double with 1 double bed or 2 single beds, 1 single room and 1 terrace room with 1 single sofa bed and 1 double bed (it is not possible to have 2 separate single beds). There are no sofa beds in the living room and this is not possible
Services: Wi-Fi without adsl limits, pocket wifi, Netflix, air conditioning in all bedrooms, 1 fan, heating, dishwasher, oven, washing machine (and soap), dryer, food processor, electric oven, microwave oven , moka, electric kettle, electric machine, iron and ironing board, toaster, LED satellite TV, espresso machine and American coffee machine, 3 terraces equipped with table, chairs, candles and sun loungers. Mosquito nets (there is no mosquito around the apartment because every winter there is pest control in this area). Welcome snack and 1 welcome bottle of wine, welcome orange juice or Coke and gas water. Welcome Nutella and jam. Welcome soap, body lotion and shampoo, 1 baby bed and 1 baby high chair are available and free on request.
Next to the apartment at 20 meters there is a garage where you can park your car for a fee at about 25 euros per night, you can ask on your arrival. Bus stop 10 meters from the apartment. Nearby: museums, central station, markets, shopping centers, tourist office, restaurants, pizzerias, banks, bicycle rental, post offices, pharmacies, bars and pubs, gyms, etc. All the services you like (chef on request, massages, tours etc.).

Amazing location for visiting Florence

We had a wonderful time. The penthouse apartment was beautiful, clean and perfectly located for our family visit to Florence. Marianna was an amazing host helping us with restaurant reservations and taxi rides. We cannot wait to visit again!

Roomy apartment in great location

A great apartment with views of the Duomo. Great location as well - it is walkable to all the major sights. The host (Marianna) was great - very responsive to our questions and helped us make dinner reservations.

Florence felt like home, and this property was a big part of that. Marianna was so responsive and took care of us from the moment we booked. Everything was clean and perfect- and the location couldn't be better. Super close to all cafe's, shopping, and groceries. And an easy walk to the central plaza and train station, we never needed a car except a taxi to the airport. The beds were all comfy, and sitting on the terrace eating breakfast with views of the dome was so special! Just be ready to climb some stairs to get into the apartment!

Perfect location

This location was incredibly convenient to everything Florence but also sort of tucked away and quiet. The host was amazing in terms of communication and making sure we had everything we needed. I would most definitely recommend.

Perfect home base!

The apartment is gorgeous and the view is amazing! There are lots of stairs but so worth it. We had plenty of space and were so comfortable. The location is very central and you can walk easily to all of the main attractions in Florence. It does get a bit noisy at night but nothing a white noise machine can’t fix. Nothing beats looking out your window to a perfect view of the Duomo! The kitchen is well appointed and the main bathroom is very large with a nice shower and two sinks. Marianna was a wonderful host, she was proactive, helpful, and very responsive and friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with her and would absolutely come back again and again!

Beautiful and such a great host

Mariana was outstanding in her communication with us. The apartment was clean and the beds were comfortable. The location was perfect for getting around. The property is well maintained with thoughtful touches throughout home (bottle wine, bread, jam) and felt like home! In addition, Marianna was always available to assist with our stay with suggestions or scheduling car service. We enjoyed our stay!

Spacious home in a great location

Marianna’s home is lovely and in a great location - less than 5 minute walk to the duomo, 10 min to Piazza della Signoria, 15 to the central market and train station. The home is spacious with good separation between the bedroom/kitchen area from the living room. The second bathroom is in the living room area and both bathrooms were nicely appointed and stocked with items. The beds were comfortable and additional linens were available if needed. We had 5 adults and all were comfortable in their rooms. The check-in process would have been easy but our phones were not working properly to get the door code that was provided on WhatsApp. Download all of the information necessary before you get there because the concrete stairwell appeared to block the phone signal. In the heart of Florence

Great property & accommodating host

We had a great time staying at this property. Excellent location as well as a very attentive host. Traveling with a group of people can be stressful. The host did an excellent job with a seamless check-in & check-out process. Scheduling a taxi for an early morning pick up for 5 adults and 10 luggages was key. Thank you Marianna!

Loved everything about it

Beautiful apartment, exactly as described. A close walk to everything. Marianna bent over backwards to help us. Will stay here again. Really loved it. (There's a children's school sharing the square, can get raucous during the day. But bedrooms are extremely quiet if you need a nap.)

Great family place in central location

We cannot say enough good things about our stay in Florence! Marianna was an amazing host that ensured we had everything we needed and she quickly jumped on any issues that came up. The views from the upstairs bedroom are amazing both day and night! The apartment is centrally located so that you can stop back by during the day for a break. The grocery store are numerous restaurants are all within easy walking distance.

Wonderful and Unique

A great apartment and location. The view is spectacular from the balconies (of which there are three)! Marianna was a great host and very thorough in her communication for check in/out as well as recommendations for activities in Florence. The hoist we well appointed with everything you’ll need. Beautiful flat in Florence!

Myself and two longtime friends stayed in this flat. The first thing we noticed as we entered was how VERY CLEAN and well-appointed it was. We were quite pleased and appreciated this! Thank you Marianna! The flat was spacious, we each had our own bedroom; the kitchen had everything we needed. Marianna had a bottle of wine and other beverages for us and some yummy snacks to get started. The place has 3 terraces, but we found ourselves using the one off of the kitchen the most - coffee in the morning, a bite to eat, and enjoying a glass of wine and the view. We felt very safe here and it was quiet. Marianna was attentive but not intrusive. She checked in with us periodically to make sure we had what we needed. Upon request, she scheduled a taxi ride for us to the train station when it was time to leave. She also had a space for us to store our luggage after we checked out before our train ride back to Rome. There is no lift up to the flat. This was NOT an issue for us; for others it could be. This flat is well cared for and loved. We treated it like we would our own home. Would definitely recommend Marianna’s flat and would stay here again. Thank you Marianna!! We loved our stay!

Fantastic location and excellent communication

Our host provided us all the information we needed well before our arrival. Communication was always prompt and thorough. And the location is hard to beat: 3 minutes walk to the Duomo but out of heavy foot traffic. As you can see from the pictures, the view was amazing, and mornings sipping coffee on one of three patios while listening to the bells chiming was sublime. We'd recommend the location to anyone.

Great apartment at optimal location

We very much enjoyed staying at this location, close to the Duomo. It was very relaxing coming back from a day of exploration. Air-conditioned rooms to cool down and three balconies to have a beer after a shower. Great host who helped us out organizing a few things.
