We stayed here in November and had a wonderful experience. The location worked perfectly for my husband and I, close enough to the center to get everywhere easily, yet set in a quiet residential part of Florence where we could feel the local rhythm of the city. The staff who look after the house were all very easy to communicate with. The whole stay was smooth and comfortable. We truly enjoyed our time here!

Great stay in Florence

This was an excellent place to stay while in Florence. There are grocery stores, pharmacies, and restaurants within walking distance. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and cool.

Lovely and well-located apartment in the Altrarno neighborhood of Florence. Plenty of restaurants, cafes, and shopping nearby. Communication with manager was excellent and prompt. Only issue was spotty wifi, but truly a minor inconvenience.

Great apartment with great location walkable to all the good spots. There’s a washer too which was great. It wasn’t working and the company sent someone in less than an hour and fixed it. No doubt best stay experience.

There was an issue with main front door not opening but there were responsive and tried to send a technician within an hour. When we got back it was all fixed. Good location on a quiet street. 15 min walk from train or bus station. Lots of grocery, restaurants and cafes walking distance. Could have had more toilet paper provided. Otherwise good and home away from home.

the apartment was very clean and spacious had everything we needed except a coffee maker. comfortable beds. the only real complaint was that the entrance door was very loud and people could be heard coming and going. also street noise, people talking and yelling until 3 am but only a real issue when window was open for airflow otherwise the street noise was manageable . i would still recommend for price and spaciousness .

An absolute FANTASTIC property and experience from start to finish. Initial communications were prompt about how to find the place. The property manager was so nice and accommodating. The property was clean, quiet, and had every amenity. It’s a 10 minute walk to the center of town, but it’s on the QUIET residential side. When we come back to Florence, we will stay at the same property.

San Frediano getaway

Very nice and good sized but spare apartment. Odd stuff in some of the drawers and shelves could be cleaned out. Could also use some separate bins for sorting waste and written instructions about recycling, as are usually found in Italian rentals. Odd that there was no baking pan or sheet that could be used in the oven. Otherwise, a very good value and nice location in a relaxed part of the city with reasonable restaurants, shops, and a laundromat nearby.

The concierge was very nice, and the meeting and key handover went very smoothly. Unfortunately, the apartment was dirty and not thoroughly cleaned. We also found a cockroach on the floor in the entrance area on the first evening. After we complained, the bathroom and floor were cleaned again, but it still wasn't clean. Furthermore, the apartment smells damp and musty. The beds are comfortable, and the upholstery and blankets are in mint condition. The kitchen is also in mint condition, but there are no dish towels or dishwashing liquid for the dishwasher. We wouldn't book here again, as cleanliness is simply important to us.

This is a great 2 bedroom apartment. But, they do not have any amenities in the kitchen. No espresso machine not even a kettle to make hot water. Not even a bounty/paper towels in the kitchen. Every other apartment we stayed in had everything basic plus welcoming package. Definitely need 2 pairs of keys

Fin og rummelig lejlighed. Relativt rent, omend man ikke skal have hvide sokker på på gulvene. Men sengene er alt for bløde. Vi vågnede med ondt i ryggen hver morgen. Og så er det uroligt meget larm om aftenen/natten. Fra gaden og fra lejlighederne omkring en, som bl.a. flyttede rundt kl 4 hver nat og holdte fest i både lejlighed og opgang, mens vi var der.

Local confortável com péssimo checkin.

O apartamento é confortável, com cama boa e lençóis de qualidade. Porém, os edredons estavam sujos, claramente não são trocados entre hóspedes. Não havia nenhuma amenidade básica e faz falta uma máquina de café. A localização é ruim, em zona de tráfego limitado e de difícil acesso. A comunicação é péssima: não explicam nada sobre estacionamento nem dão instruções claras. O check-in foi terrível — não é self check-in, você precisa encontrar a pessoa responsável, que foi grossa, não ajudou em nada e ainda desligou o telefone na minha cara enquanto eu tentava resolver a situação.

Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich ca. 10 Minuten von der Innenstadt entfernt. In der Nähe befinden sich mehrere Buslinien, Restaurants und Geschäfte sowie ein kleiner Supermarkt. Die Küche ist neuwertig aber eher spatanisch mit Geschirr ausgestattet. Das Bad ist relativ neu aber riecht feucht. Der Schrank in einem der Schlafzimmer ist sehr instabil. Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig und schlafen mit offenem Fenster ist semi gut. Der Fußboden war sehr staubig bereits bei der Ankunft, so dass das Laufen ohne Schuhe nicht möglich war ohne schwarze Füsse/Socken zu bekommen. Desweiteren war die Wohnung sehr stark parfümiert und der Duft war auch noch nach 5 Tagen vorhanden trotz lüften.
