A charming two-bedroom apartment with a double mezzanine, located in the lively and picturesque historic area of S. Niccolo in the heart of Florence, near the Ponte Vecchio and just a stone’s throw from Florence’s main tourist attractions, such as Piazza S. Croce, Piazza Signoria, and the Duomo, with views of Piazzale Michelangelo and S. Miniato.

It has 4 beds—one double and two singles on the mezzanine—with the option to add an extra single bed,
pleasantly furnished,
very bright and quiet, double-glazed windows, air conditioning for the summer.
It consists of a living room/bedroom with hardwood floors, a wooden mezzanine, a kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, exposed beams, and has just been fully renovated.

n. b. Daily and weekly rates are based on a stay for 2 people.
For additional guests, a surcharge per person per night applies.
The final cleaning fee is €30.

The price includes bed linens, bath towels, Wi-Fi Internet access, and utilities

Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment, even at the window (!!!!!!!)
