Pleasure and leisure await you in this Florentine apartment, recently renovated, in relaxing tones of sage and beige. Right in the center of town, this two-bedroom, two-bathroom retreat, plus a study that houses a sofa bed, offers all the modern conveniences for families or couples seeking peace and quiet. Enjoy the private garden for a meal with friends or relax in the air-conditioned apartment with 2 smart TVs and a movie on Netflix.
The apartment is fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, traditional oven, microwave oven, kettle, large fridge and freezer and obviously air conditioning in every room. The main bedroom, with a double bed, has a smart TV and en-suite bathroom, the second bedroom has two single beds and overlooks the internal garden, the study offers a quiet space to work and a sofa bed, for an extra guest. Perfect garden apartment

Wonderful, well-stocked apartment with beautiful patio in a great location close to the train station and heart of Florence's cultural sites. Host was very helpful with offering local suggestions, from restaurants to babysitters, and very easy to communicate with.

Perfect location

Our stay was very nice. Beautiful apartment! Loved the private patio except , of mosquitoes. Perfect location from train station & took the T2 tram from airport with family of 5 including 15mo old grandchild. Only a couple blocks from Mercato centrale & other sites. Apartment was wonderful.

A Lovely and Comfortable Space

Airy and quiet, the apartment is comfortably , if sparsely, furnished. The patio is a lovely, quiet retreat. The main bedroom is quite large and the ensuite bath is nicely laid out. The 2nd bedroom is also nice. The twin beds are narrow but very comfortable. kitchen worked well even though it is very narrrow.

A Stay of the Guelfa

The apartment was narrower than I thought, based on the wide angle lens that was used to take the pictures. But generally it was comfortable but dark. But that was to be expected. I bought a coffee maker and left it there, because it really kind of necessary for Americans. The biggest problem were the people who rented above who came and went all night long and left the front street door open to often. since it was my last two nights I just let it go. But head I been staying longer I would have to complain. Other than those items, it was comfortable and I have rented often in Florence.
