"Staff was very friendly. What we didn’t like is our floor was dirty and it took four days for them to get in there to clean it. Ice machine in the refrigerator didn’t work. In We advised them of that was never fixed during our five day stay."

"We stayed in a 2nd floor room. The hallway reeked of marijuana. There were five cigarette burn holes in one blanket and two on the other. The bathroom was supposed to have disability access to the shower. If you are disabled from the waist down, you aren't able to get into the bathtub and access the shower. No ice machine on the property. When I checked out, I was so congested and coughing from inhaling the pot in the air."

"I stayed at this hotel and woke up in the middle of the night itching like crazy. I turned on the light and saw that there were red bumps on my arms and shoulders. I checked around the bed and found a bed bug. I couldn't sleep for the rest of the night because of itching and fear that more bugs would get on me. I put one of the bed bugs in a cup and showed it to the desk manager the next morning - she offered me a 10% discount, which I thought was ridiculous. Don't stay at this place."

"1. Super quiet. Away from major roads. Concrete walls (which might make the room downstairs less quiet in theory). 2. Peaceful. Nice garden. Overseeing a spring. Small pool. Each room has a small balcony. Very green environment. 3. Firm beds. Thick curtains. Quite AC. The right ingredients for a good night's sleep. 4. The bar has limited operating hours. But walking distance to downtown Round Rock and 2-3 very good breakfast places. 5. Small gym, but it works for a quick workout. The staff is pleasant. The entire check-in checkout process is online."
