"The hotel is situated with lovely outside garden & seating, a smooth check in lovely staff one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in Leeds, room very spacious with queen bed AC, safe, coffee & tea facility, roof top restaurant with lovely views, the toilets are immaculate would definitely recommend"

"The staff at Oulton Hall were all incredibly helpful from reservations, reception, bar, restaurant and concierge. It was one of the hottest days of the year and it was no trouble for the staff to provide a fan. Our dog received a very warm welcome and a cosy bed to sleep in."

"This must be one of the cleanest and most comfortable Ibis hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The room is spacious, and the layout is very practical and well thought through. I have to underline just how clean it is—it’s absolutely spotless, from the carpet to the sink. The staff are also very helpful and friendly."

"The room looked very clean but on hanging a dress on the rail we had to move it to the other end as we noticed it was very sticky on the floor and my dress which I was wearing for a wedding the next day nearly caught on it. Everything else was spotless"

"Booked because offered A/C. Appeared locked to their max allowed. Thermo showed my attempt for 18c but temp never changed, lowered: 20? 22? Customer had no control. Heavy duvet, noting visit during extreme heat wave. No top sheet, finally enptied duvet cover of duvet, used cover as sheet covering. Travelers to UK, Europe need be aware hotels generally set A/C 'max'/min. temp. Customer cannot lower, adjust. Lobby noticeably comfortably cool. Mattress very comfortable. TV in odd viewing area if watch from bed. Nice older property with updated fixtures. Atmosphere pleasant."
