"The main reason for our break was birdwatching at Minsmere and this property is very conveniently situated for this. We have stayed here before and found it clean warm and well equipped. It has been built to very high standards and is perfect for two couples. There are two pubs nearby where food is served one you would have to drive to unless it was a summer evening, the other only a few minutes walk away."

"The cottage was very cosy, clean and comfortable. Well equipped, neutral decor and good quality home comforts. Bathrooms were brilliant with plenty of hot water. A short walk away from all amenities, but tucked away so you can enjoy a peaceful stay. We had a slight misunderstanding with provision of bedding but this was very quickly rectified by the very kind man who was our contact during our stay. We will be back, thank you."

"The property had loads of character, the rooms were all as described and it was well stocked (bathrooms, toys, games/puzzles, kitchen etc) Was perfect for a family weekend getaway for 8 of us. Location was quiet, but we weren’t after a busy town/village on this occasion. Only downside was a slight smell of sewerage or possibly rodent urine in the upstairs bathroom that may be needs looking into. But overall a great stay and everyone enjoyed the property, thank you."

"We found Nelson House to be a good standard of accommodation. The outside looks a tad tired but the rooms were nice and comfortable. The only thing we found disappointing was the yard space. It was small and hadn't been cleaned prior to our stay. We were very lucky with the weather and a proper garden would have made our stay perfect."

"A really nice house, spacious and bright. Superb location. It would be helpful if the switches in kitchen and hall had an explanation as to what each was for. The en-suite shower enclosure needs upgrading and taps in both bathrooms need to be descaled. The en- Suite shower was so difficult to stop it dripping we used the shower in the main bathroom after the first day’s stay."
