Stunning Catskills Cabin Getaway, facing BelleAyre

Three bedroom, 2 1/2 bath, and sleeping loft with sweeping views of the ski slopes.
Custom built log cabin on 5 acres with lots of sunlight and large deck with spectacular views of Belleayre Ski Center and the surrounding mountains. Sits on very private, yet open property with lots of room to enjoy the yard and its surroundings. PRO-CHEF Monogram Dual Fuel stove, brand new (as of Nov 2021). Fully stocked gourmet kitchen with stainless appliances and granite countertops. Hand made cabin furniture. Gas fireplace in Great Room. Master Bathroom with Jacuzzi tub. Full walkout basement with foosball and shuffleboard. Comfortable beds: 2 bedrooms with queens, 1 bedroom with 2 twins, and a sleeping loft with a full size futon. Get away from it all yet stay connected with great cell coverage and 55" flat screen satellite TV. Netflix, Amazon Prime, Apple TV, Disney Plus, and thousands of channels are available.

Only 5 minutes to Belleayre Mountain and Pine Hill Lake to enjoy both winter and summer activities, including Belleayre's Summer Music Festival, and swimming and boating at Belleayre Beach. Plenty of hiking, biking and walking on the 1.5 mile quiet neighborhood loop. A convenient location with easy access to Rte 28 and just 45 minutes from Kingston, Exit 19 on the NYS Thruway.

Local Points of Interest: The cabin is located In the heart of the Catskills, only 8 miles from Margaretville, 12 miles from Phonecia and 29 miles from Woodstock. These towns offer shopping and places to eat. The area boasts lots of hiking trails and fly fishing and tubing in the Esopus Creek. (Woodstock is my personal favorite.)

For special occasions: I have contacts for private chefs and masseuses in the area who will come to the house to make your stay even more spectacular.

Great Ski House

We loved the log cabin! It is beautiful and very comfortable to stay in. Very clean , great for a group. Great living room with comfortable seating, cozy fireplace, great view. Matt was very quick to respond to texts and gave helpful tips about the area before the trip. We will definitely book again.

Lovely time and we'll be back

The cabin was perfect for our long weekend skiing. It is perfectly atmospheric with terrific views and custom touches. We spent three nights by the fireplace and enjoyed every minute. Thank you.

Great Fall weekend getaway

We enjoyed our stay here. House was in a great location for checking out the many hikes and scenery in the area and is a quick 5 min ride to Belleayre Mtn where we attended a fall festival. Back at the house we had a firepit/hot tub and games in the basement to keep us occupied. House is also pet friendly which was great so I could bring my dogs with us on the stay.

Great Stay in the Catskills!

Really nice place to stay for a get away in the Catskills. Perfect for us, two couples with our two dogs. Has a 2nd floor deck which we all spent a lot of time on. Worked as a quiet, peaceful home base for exploring around, including some nice hikes and visiting the small towns in the area. Highly recommended!

Catskills getaway

Cozy Cabin Minutes from Belleayre

Great 3 bedroom and a sleeping loft just a few minutes from Belleayre. The game room in the unfinished basement provided hours of entertainment for kids and adults alike. Great spot for a weekend getaway!

Lovely cabin at a great location

Stayed here for our annual ski trip and fully enjoyed everything about the cabin. Great location and had a lot of fun playing the games at night, although didn't get a chance to enjoy the hot tub. Communication with Matt was very easy and the house had everything that we needed.

Perfect Catskills Getaway

Beautiful, well-appointed home! Cozy and very nicely decorated, with all the little details mainly owners overlook. A cabinet full of spices, a shelf full of games, and all the conveniences of home! Matt is a great host, easy to communicate with and thorough, he provided lots of great recommendations on where to eat and shop.

Peaceful and Lovely

This cabin was absolutely stunning with everything we could possibly need for a long weekend in the mountains. Matt did a great job giving us lots of recommendations for things to do and places to go/eat. There were lots of great hikes and things to do nearby. The location was gorgeous and secluded. Matt made check in/out a breeze. Loved the hot tub, walk in shower, wrap around deck, and fireplace. Thank you for making our trip a huge success!

The perfect Cabin

This was my second time staying in this property and it was even better than the first time around! Everything was really clean, brand new furniture was waiting for us. I have rented several places in the area and this is hands down the best I have been to. The beds are comfortable, the place was ultra clean, the hot tube works (which believe it or not is actually rare) and the house is full of games and activities. Don't hesitate and go spend some quality time in Matt's property. You will not regret it :)

Peaceful Long Weekend Getaway

We were so happy with this property! The cabin is beautiful with everything you need for a nice family getaway and plenty of space to spread out both in the cabin and on the property. Although there are houses nearby, the setting on 5 partially wooded acres really gave a sense of privacy. The quiet surroundings were really peaceful and rejuvenating at the same time. The kitchen was well equipped and we loved having the deck right off the kitchen. It was also convenient to have a washer and dryer right off the kitchen. The beds were very comfortable and the bedrooms were situated on different sides of the cabin, which gave sense of privacy as well. We would stay again and I highly recommend this cabin for a Catskills getaway.

Perfect family holiday

Perfect place to get away from busy life. This beautiful property is located on the top of the hill in a very quiet & private area. The house itself is pretty spacious. We were a family of seven and we couldn’t complain for better accommodation. The kitchen was supplied in all necessary tools and appliances. Dining room fitted as all. We could enjoy the morning coffee and breakfast / or dinner time together. The living room with TV and gas fireplace was perfect for evenings.Also, the game room in the basement was a true hit in the evenings.The property is located in a very close proximity to the Belleayre Mountain Ski Resort which was a huge plus for us.Plenty of space to walk with dogs and beautiful views to admire. The Owner was easy to communicate with and super helpful with local recommendations.Overall, our family really enjoyed our stay in Fleishmanns! We had a wonderful time together! Beautiful area, cozy cabin! We would stay there again!! Thank you Matt!
