Just 7 miles from Belleayre Mountain, the chalet is ideal for skiing, hiking weekends, relaxing mountain escapes, and guests attending local weddings and events throughout Fleischmanns, Margaretville, Phoenicia, and Roxbury.

The home features a modern kitchen, two renovated full bathrooms (one with a jacuzzi tub), and comfortable bedrooms designed for rest after a day in the mountains. Both the primary and second bedrooms open directly onto the deck through sliding glass doors, and all three bedrooms include electric fireplaces for extra warmth and comfort during cooler months.

Outside, enjoy the large deck with mountain views, a 6-person hot tub, and a spacious fire pit area — perfect for evenings under the stars. Inside, the living room features a wood-burning fireplace, creating a cozy place to unwind after skiing, hiking nearby trails, enjoying fall foliage, or exploring the Catskills.

We loved staying on this property! The rooms were large and super comfortable, perfect for a small group. We loved the cozy feel of the house, the hot tub was spacious and very well equipped. The porch had a really pretty view and Ray was also very responsive and clear with instructions

Great time with my family!

My family had a great stay in the house. The entire house is updated and all the rooms are great. Fireplace was fun to use in the evening and the jacuzzi to use after skiing all day. Communication with the owner was easy. Location of the house is great because the skiing and restaurants are within 10 minutes away.

House was a good size that the 4 had our own space. The 2 bathrooms were really nice. The hot tub was fantastic after a full day skiing. The stars were outstanding it was my favorite part. The heated garage was a great space to put our gear. It all worked out perfectly. We would definitely stay here again.

Great couples getaway

We enjoyed a peaceful weekend in the Catskills! We mostly cooked in, enjoyed the jacuzzi and hiked in the nearby area. Great Layout, Beautiful Stay

This is a great property for a get together. We enjoyed the large fully stocked kitchen that made cooking and serving drinks a breeze. The living room is also an excellent size with a lovely table to play games. The hot tube was a nice touch and enjoyed for some relaxation. Each room was well outfitted and made choosing rooms easy for everyone as no one felt left out with amenities. The location is also nice, very quiet and a short ride to town. The views were also beautiful! Thank you for letting us stay at your chalet.

Stayed here for a friends wedding in the nearby area. Lovely home which was the perfect size for 3 couples. Because we were only in the area for a wedding for a short while, we did not utilize all the home has to offer however should we be back up in that area again - we would certainly rent this space! Ray texted to check in to make sure everything was suitable upon arrival (which it was!). Again, great home, just did not use it too much other than for sleeping!

Beautiful and peaceful! Ray was very accommodating by checking in throughout stay to ensure our comfort. The home was very nice and clean! I loved the fireplaces in each room and my kids absolutely loved the jacuzzi. The home was very dog friendly, which was much appreciated. Thank you for leaving dog supplies!! Very thoughtful for us dog lovers 🤗. Ray ensured there was more than enough supplies in the home for cooking as well as games! Bop It was a big hit, lol. Definitely recommend!

The place was smaller in person than the pictures lead on, it was very beautiful other wise. I know in the description it say doesn’t supply water and that it has well water but honestly there was a device in the house that could produce sanitized water but nothing hooked up to it. It just doesn’t make sense to even have that in there if you aren’t going to hook it up for guests. There is also a coffee pot which is nice but there isn’t any thing to make coffee since you can’t use the well water. Supplying some kind of water would be sufficient or hooking up the device that gives out sanitized water. Also when we showed up to the house it was freezing because it was set to 60 with all 6 individual thermostats. It would have been nice to walk into a semi warm house around this time of year. Besides all of that the house it nicely located and very clean!
