"Set in the scenic hilltop town of Venasque, Provence, this hotel is a gem. It a picturesque, peaceful and cozy place to stay. The owners, Sophie and Jerome, are the most helpful and attentive a guest could wish for. Probably the best hotel I’ve stayed in on this three week trip through southern France. "The dinner meal was good but the breakfast was outstanding ! There was well cooked bacon and it’s the first time I have this included in a breakfast in France. Wow ! Thanks to the Polish woman who was in charge of the breakfast. But there was a flaw. The noise from the other rooms was extremely loud and this doesn’t make sense in a hotel. I could hear the words the people were saying. That absolutely doesn’t make sense. There should be a solution for that MAJOR problem."

"Our family (3 teens) stayed in 2 rooms in summer. Nice, quiet stay. Rooms are spacious, staff is friendly and we were centrally located for day trips to Nimes and other locations. The pool was very nice. I wished there were mini-fridges in the rooms, as storing cold beverages would have been a welcome option during hot weather. "
