Bed are very firm. Rooms are dirty. Found hair all over. Shower is extremely small. Booked a queen and got two double beds.

I didn't like you anything about the property they come in your room without knocking telling me oh I thought you checked out no I didn't check out if I checked out I would tell you but they I give him a $70 deposit will only give me 50 back so they they just keep your money these and they're rude and I won't stay at that nasty ass Hotel over again plus you freeze the desk cuz they got gas heat

Room was freezing upon arrival. Heater was awful, noisy, didn’t work very well, the vent was super dusty. When heater is turned on dusty flying in the air. Towels had stains and huge holes on it. Drying with the towels leave a strong smell of bleach on the we skin. Never going back there

Our heater in our room kept shutting off so it got very cold. The staff member had to come fix it twice but when we returned back from being downtown, the heater had shut off and we could not get ahold of a staff member to turn it back home. Would have liked to been offered another room instead of staying in the one we had without heat.

The front desk clerk was super friendly, helpful, and the bed was comfortable, but the overall condition of the room left a lot to be desired. Awkward bathroom with a very high step into the shower, toilet paper holder difficult to reach, and a tiny sink butted right up against the wall - hard to shave or apply makeup for right-handed people. The worst thing was the filth under the dresser - absolutely disgusting! There was a used tampon under there!! Gross! Manager said he would address the problem, but that should never have been allowed to happen in the first place.
