The Sister Suite in Historic Downtown Flagstaff #4
This second floor apartment(1of 4) was our first renovation at Aspen and Park and we accented the architectural details, while adding some modern amenities such as a custom shower and a modernized mini kitchen. The kitchen has been outfitted with a coffeemaker, microwave, fridge, ice maker, dishwasher, two-burner counter top cooktop, and soft close cabinets. The queen size bed is a high end memory foam mattress, from which you have a view of the peaks and the stars through the original restored windows. In the main living space, the modern sofa bed has a queen size memory foam mattress, with ample bedding and pillows available.
A Smart TV with WiFi access and an antenna for local channels allows guests to access all popular viewing options, but most importantly, our location will be the entertainment that you will love the most! Besides being able to take the short walk downtown to pick up a tasty dinner from numerous restaurants, you can also enjoy the peaceful newly landscaped backyard.
Come relax on the lovely and spacious porches of the homes at Aspen and Park in the historic district of downtown Flagstaff! Enjoy the unique solitude of a half acre of grounds in downtown, or stroll a couple blocks to enjoy all the fun happenings in the heart of "Flag". Lowell Observatory is just up the street, and shares a historical connection with the judge who built these homes in the early 1900s. With ample off-street parking at the homes you can put your keys away and enjoy the easy walk to numerous restaurants, shops and breweries. Thorpe Park with playground, tennis courts and frisbee golf is less than a 5 minute walk away, Flagstaff Public Library is within just one block and the center of downtown just past the library make the homes desirable for ease of travel and fun.
These downtown Flagstaff homes are on the National and Arizona Historic Registers. Come take advantage of this opportunity to experience Arizona territorial architecture from over a century ago, while enjoying all the comforts and expectations of contemporary living.
