Home layout:
The home resides completely on a single level once you are inside the home. There are a few steps getting up into the home. You can enter through the garage or the front door.

Once you enter the front door you will be in the living room with the dining to the right and all the sleeping quatres to your left.

The two guest bedrooms share a bathroom that is accessible in the hallway. Master bedroom has its own attached private bath.

Hot tub room:
The hot tub room is accessible just beyond the kitchen area with its own entrance way.***No need to walk outside :)***Once inside you will be a 3/4 glass room with adjustable blinds and roof shading. There is back patio entrance from this room where there is additional seating and an outdoor table with a sunshade.
The backyard is completely fenced-in with a turf area around the side of the home for your pets.

*For all stays 10 nights or longer, the cleaning fee will be double the regular amount for a deep clean after guest departure.*

*Late departure fine is $35 per every 15 minutes.

*This is a pet friendly home. However, our policy is: "All Four on the Floor"
No pets in beds or on furniture. The violation of this policy can result in additional fees for extra cleaning needed for the home. Please make sure your pets are included in the reservation and the fee will automatically be applied to your stay.*

*If there is an amenity that is out- of -order that is advertised in the Home’s listing, that is not available to you due to unforeseen circumstances. A 10% reimbursement of the base rate will be offered as compensation*
-No Smoking: Evidence of smoking will carry a fine of $500.00

-$25.00 for not departing the home at the designated time of departure. $35.00 for each additional hour after the first hour.

-Pet policy: Pets are allowed with an additional fee (NO CATS) our policy is "all 4 on the floor" this means that pets must stay off of all furniture including beds and couches. Evidence of pets on beds or couches will result in additional cleaning fees. Please make sure your pet is included in your reservation and the fee with automatically be applied to your stay.

-Items left at home wanted to be shipped back to owner: Cost of shipping +$50.00 flat fee

-No Parties: We have a strict "No-party policy". Fine of $500.00 and guests will be asked to depart from the home immediately.

-Please shower before using the hot tub. There will be a $100 fine if hot tub is found dirty.

-If early check in is available, it is $100 to check in after 1 pm. If late check out is available, it is $100 to check out at 1pm.
